Hi James S,We are so sorry to hear the Classic unit was not what you had hoped it would be.As you saw, we are in the renovation process. We do still offer our Classic units for guests looking for that price point in the area.Please consider a Luxury unit next time.The boarding pass gives you access to early check in/ late check out if available, and the associated fees.Thanks for the feedback. Hi Lauren,We have had some guests express the same issue you have with the hot water, and that is why we are working with a plumber to get this fixed for everyone.Trust me, no one is more excited about getting those building materials off the parking lot ground and onto the building where they belong.We can't wait for our renovation to finish up so our guests can experience the property in its final form.Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us

Hi Jon,Thanks for taking the time to write such detailed feedback. You will be happy to know that it has already helped us improve, as we have added TV volume check to our post clean inspection report.We're sorry to hear you weren't pleased with the in-unit amenities provided. Please know that our intention is to give a short term rental experience. We have a full kitchen in every unit so guests can stock it with whatever they like once they run out of what is there. We also have guest laundry available in the Guest House with brand new machines that conveniently take credit cards in case anyone wants to wash their linens. We will be sure to communicate that with guests more clearly in our marketing moving forward.Any time someone is disturbing peace, we always encourage a quick call to the Atlanta Police Department.
