It wasn't clear from the marketing material that this is actually a suburban house with locks on the bedroom doors, and shared kitchen. It is a good 10 minute drive from downtown, so not at all walkable. While the owner was very responsive, and the property was clean, just be aware of the location and style of accommodation. Luckily no one else was there while l was staying, but it would be awkward for people who don't know each other to be there at the same time. The doors are thin (it is a family home, not designed for hotel-type accommodation with noise-proofing and privacy) so it would be very important to be quiet and even regular sounds would carry.
