Check in was fast and friendly. The room seemed very quiet. The facilities were nice. Our group used the gazebo and some used the outdoor hot tubs. It was a great place, especially for meeting up with our friends from B.C. and Alberta for an annual event in Jasper.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Pet-friendly venue for travellers with free parking. Property is quiet, clean and well-maintained, accessible to townsite shopping and dining without being in the middle of everything. Comfortable beds!

Usually a pretty clean, comfy place to stay in Jasper with our dogs but the room we got this time smelled like a litter box. Which I guess you can’t be too picky about if you’re in a pet friendly room but was not great.

This is the 4th hotel we’ve been to in the last week across Canada. Tonquin Inn is by far the best one!! The staff is friendly and helpful The property has great amenities and the room is spacious The bed is very comfortable and the towels are the fluffy Plus free laundry facilities!!! I would highly recommend

The staff was lovely and the beds/pillows were comfortable. The parking is a bit of a struggle (not a ton of spaces) but overall a great value for the money.

Die Lage der Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Man kann Supermarkt und Lokale gut zu Fuss erreichen. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung wirkt schon älter und verwohnt. Das Bett war aber bequem und sauber. Die Küche hatte nicht genügend Töpfe für 4 Personen.

Nice location that was a bit farther away from the downtown location, but I really liked that. On a nice day, it’s a beautiful walk to downtown Jasper and the way I see it, thats what we are here for to enjoy being outside. The outdoor hot tubs were very nice to relax after a busy day. We had a glance at the indoor pool/hot tub and it also looked very nice. It’s not a brand new location but for its age, it’s well taken care of and maintained. Staff were very pleasant, smiling sincerely and always happy to help you out. The price was resonable. I would come back for sure.

We love the 2 large outdoor hot tubs. Even when the hotel is busy, there's usually enough room in the 2 tubs! Friendly and helpful staff !

We had mice running in our room and though the main offices response was comical i found it somewhat unprofessional not to offer help or a discount for our stay. they said - "we live in the bush so these things are unavoidable" and got us a mouse trap with peanut butter.
