Nous etions 5 personnes, et nous avions réserver 3 chambres deluxes. Au check in 1 chambre deluxe et 2 standarts. Le lendemain changement de chambres. Nous sommes restés 5 nuits sans que le menage soit fait malgres nos demandes journalières. Le seul point positif est le bar indépendant de l'hotel, animation mysical tout les soirs et patron comme employés super sympas. Merci a eux .

The man at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming on arrival and every time I saw him going in and out of the guesthouse. Due to covid the guesthouse wasn't fully open so was very quiet and had more limited services than usual e.g. no airport shuttle, wifi only near reception. The room was quite basic and a little dated, but had everything I needed for the short time I stayed there. Bathroom seemed as though it needed a deep clean. The location is good with lots of restaurants to eat at within about 10 minutes walking distance. They are hoping to be fully back up and running around October 2020.

Tyvärr var där mycket larm både från trafik o gåendes på gången utanför dörren. Där var inga fönster men istället såna man kan vrida upp o in, dom tar inte stöj. Har sovit där innan,dock inte i denna del av anläggningen, o då var där inget att klaga på.

Great location, good value, a little dated
The reception staff were great, really helpful. The hotel is well situated, close to the night bazaar, the street market and the main town. The room was a bit dated, but spotlessly clean. The shower was aesthetically deceptive as it worked admirably.

Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren unfreundlich. Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt. Das Essen wär mässig. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Initially, we were given a nice newer room, but unfortunately we found it a bit too noisy (not sure if there is bar or there was a big party happening). The staff was very polite and accommodating, they offered us a room change. They showed us the room first to which we happily agreed. It was not as nice as the first room, but we were very happy with the change.

Nice room with AC and access to the pool. Very close to Old City. The food in the restaurant was good and not like the overly bland tourist food that is sometimes served in tourist areas—I had Tom Yum soup that was spicy and delicious :)

To be fair we were only there one night. The welcome was Luke warm to say the least the hotel is very dated and the rooms were not very clean. It is in a good location and it is cheap.

預訂是"標準三人房"說明是有三張床，但第三張床原來是摺床，而"標準三人房"的房內空間與兩人房相同，因為要放第三張摺床"在房間內，因此將原來在房間內的兩張椅子及小檯就放在房門口的走廊，"標準三人房"的房內空間很細。浴室的熱水時燙、時冷。 酒店沒有升降機，WIFI亦十分不穩定。酒店整體很陳舊。

The property is well located and kept very clean. The problem is this building is at least 50 years old. In Thailand usually they have budget to build something but they don't have a budget to maintain it. Clean room good service but no shower curtain and and the faucet in the bathroom needs to be tightened. No place to plug in your electronics unless you unplug the TV. I can live with this but my girl friend is making us move to a new place.

I have stayed many times at the lai Thai guesthouse and this time was very different,. the aesthetic changes they have made around the pool and the entrance really has amplified its spaciousness...well done....rooms still the same, because of the wooden matting on the walls seem to make the rooms smaller and darker....you never know, one day that might happen...staff are always excellent...will help you if you ask them.

Hard beds, but good area
Very warn down and extremely hard beds, almost like sleeping on the floor. Very friendly staff though and very good neighborhood.

You get what you pay for
The guesthouse was decent, perfect for the traveler on a tight budget who wants to live centrally. The room was adequate; it seemed quite dated though. Cleanliness was alright. Walls and ceiling seem paper thin, you’ll hear your neighbors every movement. The bathroom was a very negative downside, it was not in a good state (as advertised in the pictures): old broken tiles, the grout between the tiles seemed moldy and there seemed to be some water damage in the ceiling, no good ventilation in there either. The pool and the area around it was nice. Didn’t try out the restaurant. All in all the place was alright, no real complaints other than the bathroom. Like the title says: you get what you pay for.

全てにおいて２度と泊まりたくないホテル。特にエクスペディアの連絡回路は駄目
とにかく古くて木造作りなので階上の音がガンガン響いて寝れない。チェックインの際に予約通りにシャワー付きの部屋を頼んだのに５拍分の500バーツを払わないとバス付きの部屋は駄目だと言われ日本での予約と話が違うと抗議したら現地のエクスペディアからのバス無しの部屋が書いてあるe-mailを見せられ帰国してクレームするつもりでお金を支払った。又最初に案内された一階の部屋は給水塔の真横の部屋で水がピチャッピチャッ流れる音それにモーターの音、多分ハウリングで寝れなく夜中にたまらず抗議して部屋を変えて貰った。 その後現地のエクスペディアより返金の連絡が有ったらしくチェックアウトの際に返金されだか私には今だに連絡は無い。

Prima hotel. Entree is heel gezellig. Personeel is niet altijd even vriendelijk. Gedeelde badkamers zijn wel erg vies en worden niet of nauwelijks schoongemaakt. Hotelkamers worden wel goed schoongemaakt. Hotel ligt heel centraal en er is veel te doen en zien op loopafstand.

This place was absolutely horrible. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude when checking in. She scanned my passport and did not give it back to me. Instead of walking upstairs to my room she simply left it at the desk. I was freaking out trying to find it and was shocked when the front desk had it. I even stopped by the front desk twice to use my safety deposit box and nothing was mentioned. The beds were uncomfortable I had terrible sleep and the AC did not work that well. The stairs were rickety and the room was dirty. I realize that it’s a cheap place but I’ve stayed in many hostels for that price that were much nicer. The last thing my partner saw before checking out was the cops arriving. Don’t stay here

! le personnel tourne la tete sur votre passage ! les chiens abois dans le voisinage toute la nuit! j avais oublie cette ambiance militaire depuis mon armée en 1977, attention si vous louer un scoot ou moto a Chiang mai sans permis international , vous y avez droit a 100 pour cent ! 1OOO Baths 500 si votre nenette est jolie! par contre que la foret est belle dans la montagne, les journées éléphants rafting c est trop bien

Vi blev mødt af et rigtig venligt personale, da vi ankom, og fik et rigtig godt førstehåndsindtryk af hotellet. Hotellet er lidt gammeldags og slidt hist og her, men jeg synes det passer med hvad man betaler for og hvad man ser ud fra billederne. Poolen er super skøn og det er dejlig nemt at komme rundt i old town både med tuk tuk og på gåben. Vores aircondition drillede på vores første værelse, men reseptionisten var meget imødekommende overfor problemet og vi blev opgraderet fra standert til deluxe værelse uden ekstra omkostninger, hvor det virkede som det skulle. Rigtig hyggeligt hotel, som virker rigtig godt, hvis man foreksempel, bare skal have et sted at sove.

Good value for the price.
The staff can be stand-off-ish at times but are overall OK. The rooms are clean but nothing special (decor, beds comfort etc). It is nice to have the ability to control the AC. At night there can be many mosquitoes, possibly due to the pool. The poolside area could use some shade, and perhaps people would use it more. Very accessible location.

Clim très très bruyante. Chambre donnant sur travaux avec fenêtre non insonorisée. Le personnel dort sur le comptoir à l'accueil. L'hôtel est face à une route aussi passante qu'une nationale. La terrasse pour déjeuner est une aire d'autoroute avec des menus aussi sales que des paillassons. Les seuls bons points : la piscine et la propreté.

日本人には全くあわず、アジア人がとにかはく少ないホテルです。 スタッフはタイの方で皆さん親切です。 テレビは古い分厚いタイプで見ませんでしたが、プールが常に水がでていて気持ちよいです！

プールがとても気持ち良いです。 日向の椅子が十時荷はうまっていまさした。 受付やちょうり、掃除のスタッフさん、皆さんとても感じ良いです。 １０日いて、アジア人がかなり少ない印象でした。 入り口突き当たりの建物裏側が工事中で、音には慣れましたが建築の様子か日々楽しみでした。 中日数日、目の前の共用テラスが喫煙スペースでもあり、目の前の部屋でタバコの匂いが部屋まで来てきつかったです。 真上の大型アンテナも、電磁波過敏症気味な私としては気になりました。 チェックインを約二時間早めてくださり、助かりました。 子どもの遊びのタイミングで、掃除を午後にしてもらったり、スタッフさんがとても親切でした。 横のタイヤ店からロイクロ道に裏道でぬけられ、美味しいタイ料理や日本のパン(予約おすすめ)が食べられるファミリーカフェや、大学の斜め前の一キロ40バーツの洗濯&アイロンかけもしてくれる品の良い70代の女性のお店で、絶品フライドチキンとライス、バナナも買えてよく利用しました。 テラスがない分、プールが良いのがgood.間違えてバス共用部屋を予約してしまいましたが、現地で追加料金でバストイレつきに変更でき助かりました。
