작은 마당과 와이파이가 맘에 들어요
요리를 해먹을 수 있는 주방 시설이 좋았습니다. 단독으로 사용할 수 있는 작은 마당이 있었는데, 테이블에서 식사하고 분위기도 좋았습니다. 주인분이 정말 친절하셨고, 무료 와이파이 성능이 뉴질랜드 7번의 숙소중에 가장 좋았습니다.

퀸즈타운시내하고 5분거리에 있구요~조금 오르막길에 있긴하지만 그래서 전망이 좋아요~ㅋㅋ밤에도 야경도 좋구요~조용하구요~~ 방도 넓고 꺠끗해요~ 추천합니다~

Bathroom was difficult to use due to the very small size. The toilet sprayed water all over the seat, even when the lid was closed. Otherwise the room and property was great and perfect location to downtown

The room was great however we had to ask for wine glasses and there was no dish cloth to wash the dishes and when we asked they had no idea what I was talking about, the condiments were empty, the parking was available but very tight and difficult

We booked for 2 adults and a 2 year old child and were given a unit with a queen size bed being expected to sleep the child in bed with us. The manager was rude and gave us a porta cot mattress to put on the floor. There was a nail sticking up in the deck and a hole in the stairs going up to the next unit. We would never return or recommend this motel

The location of our room gave us a great view of the lake and the gondola on the mountain. The beds were comfortable with crisp clean sheets with either soft or hard pillows. The shower worked well. The reception staff were very friendly and we had an early check in. A short walk into main Queenstown. The wardrobe was broken with a big sign saying it must not be used and would be replaced, but it wasn’t. The seating outside was broken and the stairs to the carpark were uneven and shabby. The fridge ice compartment was frozen solid and the missing door meant it froze everything in the fridge. We were told to turn down the thermostat and it subsequently defrosted all over the kitchen floor. The hob was very old and in need of replacement, it was also greasy/unclean so wasn’t used. Towels and milk were replaced, but very late in the day. The WiFi was very weak and the television picture was hazy at times.

A tired old motel. The location is great---close to the central part of the town and good views of the lake and the mountains---the management keeps the motel clean and provides decent amenities and I must mention that my bed was great. However, all of it does not overcome the tired old look of the rooms. The place needs a facelift, especially for the prices charged. An opportunity for a developer. I booked it from 8,000 miles away guided by limited information. Had I known the state of the motel, I would have paid a few bucks more and stayed at a better branded hotel such as the Novotel.

Caples Court had different dates for my visit than my Expedia confirmation. Wi-Fi was terrible. Had to stand by office for it to work. Shower curtain was moldy. Allergies bothered me in the room.

Amazing location very walkable to the downtown. Parking was tricky even with a small car but we made it work. Nice play to stay with good wifi, amenities and views.

Friend recommended and we had cozy and relaxing time in CaplesCourt. It has stunning view from the living room. Easy to access to the city centre of Queenstown, Queenstown Hill walk track and 2mins walking distance to the airport bus station.

You get what you pay for...
Caples court is well located, with only a short 3 min walk to central Queenstown. The rooms were big and some had incredible views (room 2,3,4). Alas, there is no air con, and my room only had a small desk fan. My son's room had no toilet paper, my toilet seat could be lifted off easily, the fridge had left over food from a previous guest. There is some parking space under the building. The beds were comfortable enough and quiet. Finally, the staff could be a tad more friendly and accommodating. They seemed bored and as if they wanted to be anywhere but at work...

Nice and handy to central Queenstown, slightly hilly walk. Is a bit dated accommodation, but very tidy and well priced. We had 7 nights. Room servicing a bit random, soap appearing on day 2 and facecloths on day 4, but otherwise kept it clean. Was on a ground level, so not quite the views anticipated, but could still see the gondolas and para gliding. No cooling in summer, but seems well setup for heating in winter. Close to bus stop. Enjoyed our stay here.

The check-in experience was very poor. Despite the Expedia documentation saying check-in was from 2pm-6pm and a sign on the reception door saying it was "open" from 8.30am-5pm, it was unmanned when we got there. Tried to ring them and the number went to voicemail. Luckily, we were able to buttonhole the cleaners, who got in touch with the manager. After waiting 25 minutes, he eventually turned up and blithely apologised, saying he didn't know when we'd be arriving (??). Most of the time thereafter, reception was unmanned. The room was also not serviced every day, but was generally clean when we got there and the kitchen appliances all worked. The soap holder in our shower was missing. The exterior of the property had a somewhat down-at-heel look. The vegetation was overgrown/unkempt and the property looked in need of a spruce up. Is situated on top of a hill, with some very nice views, but hard to get out of the driveway.

Was a good location to Queenstown city center but could have used some updating. Front desk only operated until 5pm and was closed until the following morning. Parking was first come first serve and laundry facilities were adequate but pretty dirty.

Excellent motel. Wonderful view of central Queenstown & wharf. Convenient walking distance to restaurants, attractions & activities. ( But somewhat a hike back up hill to hotel.)

Good location, close to downtown. Room was good. We reserved two rooms, but the property only had one on their books. After showing the clerk my email confirmation we were given both rooms.

Nice and valuable Motel.
Very good location and can walk to the town and skyline. Nice and valuable motel with helpful staff, we can see the nice view of the central Queenstown and skyline Gondola. But the Wi-Fi at the room was not very good, I will stay again next time.

Conveniently located near the downtown/bay area (5 minute walk). Great view of mountains, bay and gondola. Spacious, comfortable. Cornelius was a great host, kind, informative, and provided excellent tips of the area and what to see.

Short staffed like all of Queenstown at this time but very helpful and friendly. Convenient location walkable to centre and restaurants. Very cold bathroom, not sure if the supplied fan device was supposed to be a heater. Heater in bed room very noisy at night. Reasonably comfortable place to stay. Great view. well supplied kitchenette.

Would be a great place if it was managed well.
The hotelier was passive and had limited hours. We had to request for the room to be cleaned, tpwels and even rubbish collection. When we arrived there were dirty towels in the room and mold along all the window sills. The laundry hours were bit convient for skiers and sorry to say in winter most vistors use the ski.fields and are away between 9 to 5. It would be a great property if there was more care given. Honestly every business is strugglimg with staffing, perhaps being in resort management is not for them.
