Unexpected surprise
This is a very nice villa. I wish I could have stayed there longer. Got in at after midnight and one person had stayed to check us in and show us the room

Great Hotel/Area ok
This is a good hotel if you're wanting to be in a different part of the island and not in a big touristy area. The area from what the locals have said is not the best, but we felt safe because the hotel is gated.

娘と２人で6日間滞在しました。総合的にとてもよかったです。スタッフの方たちもとても親切でした。ただ、予約前に口コミで見たシャワーの出が悪いってところは改善されていませんでした。ドライヤーも風が弱すぎて使えませんでした。空調やキッチンは整っていました。簡単なお料理はできますよ！近くにコンビニがあったのでそこで買ったものを調理して食べたりしました。プールもとてもよかったです。現地の人と一緒に泊まる予定だったので、2ベットルームのヴィラを探して予約しました。海外からのお客様を案内するお仕事の現地の人が｢こんなにいいヴィラがあるんだね｣って感心していたので、周りと比べたらコスパも含めてよかったんだと思います。朝食も毎日3種類から選ぶことができたので、飽きませんでした。ち

Super vriendelijke en behulpzame service. Wij waren buiten het seizoen waardoor het heel rustig was. Heerlijk zwembad, mooie kamers. Het strand en centrum van Sanur ligt wel op 32 minuten loopafstand, maar de medewerkers zijn meer dan bereid om je (gratis) naar Sanur te brengen. Ontbijt was oke. Jammer dat er geen bar in het hotel was om een drankje te halen, maar op 100 meter lopen lag een minimarket. Al met al heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Good hotel and nice pool
Good nice hotel with very big rooms (at least ours). It's not in the center. they have a drop off and pick up service. The surrounding area is not nice but inside the hotel, everything is very good

Looks better in photos than in reality. Air conditioning was not working properly so it was very hot during the night. Weird smell in the room. Area very rough which far away from what you need for holidays. It looks like that this hotel is counting last days.

Rustig hotel (eigenlijk is het een villa er eigen woonkamer, keuken, badkamer en slaapkamer). Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Vriendelijk personeel die je altijd (gratis!) overal binnen Sanur willen brengen en van/naar vliegveld. Ontbijt goed geregeld, zwembad heerlijk, kortom een fantastische accommodatie.

往地离海边大概20分钟步行，房间超级巨大（大概是七十平米左右吧）设备齐全泳池可以因为只有四幢共16个单元本人定三天，因故第一天没入住，请求延续住满三天被拒，淡季只两三个单元有人，

Great little gem away from the hustle and bustle. A little aged but retains its charm! The pool is fantastic and the staff are beautiful people who made our stay just great. It’s so fantastic that breakfast and shuttles to the beach are included - made life just that much easier.

Nice Staff, great for family vacation
Very friendly staffs and always willing to help. The villa is nice but a bit dated. Towels were provided, but they are old and some of them were torn. There are not a lot of things available around the neighborhood, but the villa's staffs are ready to take the guests to nearby grocery store or restaurants. Breakfast could be improved with more variety especially for guests who are staying for more than 2 or 3 days.

J'y retournerai !
Tres belle villa, personnel tres sympathique, toujours souriant et là pour nous servir. Nous avons séjourné entre amis dans cette villa et tout s'est bien passé. On nous on ramené le petit dejeuner à l'heure qu'on voulait (simple mais bon pour se reveiller). La piscine est magnifique, propre et agréable. Il y a un bar accessible tout en nageant. (Le personnel nous a même rallumé la piscine en dehors du couvre feu). L'emplacement de l'hotel est pas vraiment top, quartier calme mais pas bien situé. Il faut avoir un moyen de transport pour etre tranquille, sauf si vous aimez la marche. Le coin "nourriture" le plus proche de l'hotel est à environs 25 minutes à pied.

Super fijn personeel, altijd bereid om te helpen. Ligging in een klein straatje. Op verzoek wordt je met de auto naar de restaurantjes of strand gebracht. Wij zouden hier zo weer heen gaan. Rustige plek, en voldoende luxe.

Villa looks good, service needs improvements.
Good for the price, there's a big room for improvements. Needs a reception area, an intercom, if guests needs something, we need to go to the staff quarters. The car or driver is also not always available. Breakfast is terrible. Housekeepers didn't replenish the supplies evethough they were empty. Difficult to communicate with staff.

Nice large villa.
Large two bed villas. Air con and basic but adequate kitchen facilities with washing machine. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Pool adequate but not for swimming laps. Slightly removed from the beach/town area of Sanur (approx 1.5km) and the by-pass to cross. This would be fine for adults and older kids who don't mind walking but a little risky with children and not pram friendly due to by-pass and poor condition of footpaths. However, Apel Villas do provide complementary transport to and from Sanur town/beach at times usually convenient for most. Failing that, they will arrange a Bluebird taxi to pick you up from the hotel and there are plenty of cabs around Sanur to get you back. There is a pool/snooker table but it's difficult to play due to the walls/windows/stairs and some new short cues would help. Internal Putting green available as well as a limited gym. Gardens small but beautiful. Directly outside is real Bali. Big contrasts to be seen throughout Bali. Great for educating our rather pampered but not overly indulged kids. Would visit again. Owner could do with investing in maintenance to keep this place beautiful. Staff all very obliging and friendly. Their English is better than our Indonesian but is limited, that said, everything was worked out. Would stay there again. We preferred Sanur to Kuta. 8 travelled,ages 51-6.

Ce qui est exceptionnel c'est que les propriétaires conscient de l'éloignement de la plage de Sanur assurent le service de taxi pour vous déposer mais aussi pour venir vous chercher Le seul défaut est le service de petit déjeuner servi à l'heure désirée n'est pas très copieux donc demander la totale et la salle de sport mal éclairée avec du matériel casse et défectueux

Very nice little hotel - a little bit far from town - but free hotel taxi and very nice crew. Nice pool and very nice rooms

The hotel was the best, the staffs were very kind and cheerful. The manager went out of his way to help us. We were very happy with everything about the hotel. The only down side is the location. It doesn't looks very appealing, it situated in the poor neighborhood, but it not a dangerous area. Overall, we love the hotel, if we ever go back to Bally, we will stay at this hotel again

Perfecte villa in een authentieke omgeving
Villa's liggen net buiten het toeristen stuk waardoor het iets rustiger is. Ideaal als je met kinderen op reis bent. Villa is groot en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het prive zwembad is heerlijk om na een dag erop uit af te koelen. Personeel is vriendelijk en brengt je overdag en s avonds naar het strand of naar gewenste restaurants. Sanur is een rustiger deel waardoor je minder toeristen overlast hebt. Schoonmaak is goed en iedere dag wordt het ontbijt op de kamer geserveerd prima service

Little gem
A little out of the way but the staff are so helpful and the accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. We would like to thank Wayan and All the staff for looking after us and especially for the transport back and forth into Sanur and the airport transfers. Everyone did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible and we really appreciated all that was done for us. We would definitely love to return again sometime.

Mycket för pengarna, bästa boendet vi hade på Bali
Riktigt fina stora rum som var mer i internationell hotellstandard vad gäller kvalitet än vad det brukar vara i indonesien. Vi bode på 6 olika ställen på Bali och det här var nog överlägset bäst vad gäller själva boendet. Läget är inte riktigt i "smeten". Men om man inte har små barn så är det 5-10 minuters promenad till allt man vill. Annars, om man som vi har små barn så erbjuder hotellet att skjutsa dig så gott som alltid och helt gratis. Taxi tillbaka kostar nästan ingenting och tar 5 minuter. Man får helt enkelt oerhört mycket för pengarna, på grund av att det inte ligger i det hetaste läget. Men å andra sidan så får man en mycket mer genuin upplevelse då man får hälsa lite på lokalbefolkningen. Ett stort plus är att de har gratis skjuts till och från flygplatsen också. Det var inga problem alls när vi kom, de stog och väntade med skylt och allt och så fick vi ett fint välkomnande. :) Vi funderade på om vi skulle lägga om våra planer för att åka tillbaka och bo lite mer där, men vi kommer nog tillbaka någon gång i framtiden istället. Varmt rekommenderat!

Hyggelig i Sanur
Hyggelig hotel til en bra pris. Vi var tre par og bi fikk hver vår leilighet. Stue med kjøkken og soverom. Fint svømmebasseng. Litt utenfor allfarvei men hotellet var veldig hjelpsomme og kjørte oss gratis dit vi ville.

Fint hotell med stora rum och eget kök. Modernt och med pool utanför dörren. Tyvärr fuktigt med mögel lukt. Ligger en bit från byn och stranden, men de erbjuder fria transporter. Slumområde, men hotellet är en oas.

Es ist nicht die beste Lage, ca 2,5km vom Strand,die Umgebung ist sehr gewöhnungs bedürftig. Das Personal aber ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit,man wird überall hin mit dem Auto gefahren, ob zum Strand oder zum einkaufen auch am Abend zum Dinner sind wir von Wayan oder Andre gefahren worden. Die Anlage an sich ist sehr überschaubar aber sehr gepflegt,das Frühstück ist für Europäer auch gewöhnungsbedürftig aber in der Nähe befinden sich viele Möglichkeiten um es ein wenig zu verbessern.Wir hatten die ganze Anlage bis auf drei Tage für uns alleine,abschalten war angesagt und das Land geniesen. Ein Danke ganz besonders an Wayan und Andre.

Average property but impeccable service
The windows in the bedroom cannot be closed so Mosquitos n lizards kept entering the room. The Aircond was rather weak n noisy but the service was impeccable esp by Andrea the driver. He was the best driver I ever came across in Bali. The property is quite far from Sanur town but the complimentary transport was excellent!

Didn't stay long, delayed flight meant that I was a day behind schedule and arrived in the middle of the night but the staff where helpful and awake at 3am when I finally got in from the airport

喧騒から離れ ゆったりバカンスには最高！
かなりサヌール地区の辺鄙な場所にあり、辺りには ここの宿泊客以外の観光客はいません。その分、スタッフがゲストの足代わりに車をまめに出してくれ、約束の時間にきちんとお迎えに来てくれます。ある意味、便利かも。部屋は驚くほど 広く 素敵で 設備にもお金が係っています。が、掃除スタッフがバリ人なので、掃除や維持管理が十分でないのが残念。勿体ない事に、立派なキッチンがあるのに、調理する道具がほとんどなし。オーブンやレンジ、洗濯機は十分使えます。喧騒から離れ ゆったりのバカンスには、コストパフォーマンス抜群のお薦めヴィラです。

Schön ruhig, weit weg von Strand und Geschehen
Service völlig in Ordnung ! Unterkunft weit ab vom Schuss in einer dunklen, dreckigen Nebenstraße. Ist in der Hotel.com Beschreibung nicht zu erkennen. Fahrservice zum Strand hat geklappt, sind schöne große geräumige Appartments. Frühstück einfach und bescheiden, nichts besonderes.

An Stay In The Real Bali
This small villa hotel in a residential part of Sanur is away from the tourist centre. However, it allows a visitor to experience the vibe of Balinese culture and is still very close to tourist amenities. Wayan and the staff will do anything to make your stay enjoyable, they even pick you up at the airport! My family stayed here for two weeks and besides the lovely large two-bedroom apartment we had at a great price, we had wonderful breakfasts cooked for us an delivered to our room each morning. The hotel will drive you anywhere. We ate at Sanur's large collection of places almost every night and paid a AUD $5 taxi after having our compulsory Nasi Goreng! I have been to Bali over 30 times since 1975, but I haven't been here since 2001, what a great reunion with Bali, it has hardly changed. My family did lovely day tours of the island, shopped in Kuta, went to Waterbom Park and had a great time! Also- The Wifi is wonderful had four or five devices going all the time, no disruptions. I highly recommend this place!
