Merhabalar Burak Bey, Rezervasyonunuz geri ödemesiz ve değiştirilemez olmasına rağmen; Tafoni Houses olarak gelememe sebebinizi anlayış ile karşılayıp herhangi Noshow bedeli talep etmeden rezervasyonunuzu iptal ettik. Telefonda ki görüşmemiz de belirtmiş olduğumuz gibi ödeme tarafımızdan alınmamış olup Expedia tarafından tahsil edilmiştir. İşletme olarak sizin rezervasyonunuzu istinaden herhangi bir ödeme Expedia dan alınmamış olması nedeniyle, tahsil etmediğimiz ödemeyi geri iade etmemiz mümkün değil. Ödemenin size iadesi Expedia tarafından yapılmış olması ve onların sorumluluğunda olduğunu belirtmiş olmamıza rağmen bizi bu konuda haksız yere suçlamış olmanız çok üzücü. İyi niyetli olarak kabul etmiş olduğumuz iptalin karşılığı bu şekilde suçlanmak ve düşük puan verilmesine neden olması gerçekten rencide edici. Sizden ricam ödeme iadesi konusunda gösterdiğiniz hassasiyeti, yazmış olduğunuz yorum ve puan konusunda da gösterip, okuyan kişilerin doğru bilgi edinmelerini sağlamak için gerekeni yapmanız.
