전체적으로 많이 좋았어요
우연히 머물게 된 호텔. 문이 얇아서인지 복도에 애들 뛰어다니는 소리가 잠결에 들리더라고요. 그거 빼면, 시내중심가라서 교통도 편하고, 식사도 맛있었고, 직원들도 너무 친절하고, 인테리어도 새것이라 새집 같아서 좋았어요. 다음에도 가고싶은 호텔이네요.

A pesar de ser un edificio prácticamente nuevo está algo descuidado. El elevador da miedo. El baño tiene goteras del baño de arriba. Hay que abrir completamente la llave del agua de la regadera para que salga caliente y se desperdicia mucha agua. Me entregaron el l control remoto del aire acondicionado bloqueado y no pude subir o bajar la temperatura. Le falta una cortina secundaria para que entre luz pero tapar la vista hacia adentro. En dos ocaciones tuve que tocar por que cierran con llave la puerta exterior. En la esquina hay un local abandonado que le da un pésimo aspecto a la propiedad. El televisor estaba demasiado pequeño. No tiene espejo el tocador, solo el del baño.

Terrible place
Terrible location. Staff are rude. Wifi sucks. Very noisy location. Shower water didn’t drain properly. I will never stay there again.

Modest and comfortable!
It was comfortable quite and everything worked out as it should! Hot water takes a bit to come out but eventually I got hot water.

Cumple con su objetivo
El hospedaje cumple con su objetivo, esta situado en un lugar muy céntrico tienes un sinfín de comercios a los alrededores, el servicio es muy cordial. El sistema de TV durante mi estancia no logre que funcionara, siempre salía la leyenda sin señal en ningún canal.

Ubicación muy céntrica y de fácil acceso, personal muy amable, siento que las instalaciones necesitan un retoque ya que algunas partes parecen muy viejas como el elevador, el extractor del baño nunca se apagó y duro haciendo ruido toda la noche

This hotel is located in a very strategic place where you could just walk to down town (centro) or just board the train to different points of the city. Unfortunately, the condition of this hotel has worsen with time, the elevator doors seem to be falling down, in the rooms, there is rust, moldy walls, switches and outlets that don't work anymore, sometimes there's no hot water. People at the front desk, while they are not rude, they are very basic, to the point kind of thing and they're not willing to bend anything to help out (if there's any specific situation). Overall, this is a decent place to stay but I've found better places just few blocks away.

La habiatacion que se nos proporcionó si estuvo un poco extraña la verdad parecería como cuarto de motel, la cama no estaba nada cómoda, la limpieza un poco mal abajo de la cama había aún objetos pero como sólo fue una noche

Good place to stay, is walkable distance from la cathedral and lots of good eating places..not hot water and the a/c was not working in our room the moni split unit probably was broken.. other rooms were fine.. but we were burning up, to get it fix, but it really never work..service was great and staff was helpful and friendly.. will stay again, but will make sure a/c works 😊

Buen lugar por el precio. Excelente ubicación y muy seguro. Cuenta con estacionamiento. Ya se le nota un poco el paso de los años, pero sigue estando muy limpio y funcional.

el a/a no enfriaba muy bien y el olor se la habitación era extraño pero el personal fue muy agradable… me permitieron hacer un early check in y guardaron mi equipaje después del check out… una lástima que el restaurante no funcione porque tiene una vista maravillosa
