Not Hot Water at the time i was in the room. I got the manager this morning and he fixed it. But i was not able to shower. He did offer me to go back to the room and shower but i was already dressed and had to leave. The tv was all snow. He said he would have to troubleshoot it. The tub was not clean he said they had just been working on the tub. I took a picture. But the water was not hot so i could not use it anyway.

The staff was really nice, but it was dirty. LOT of water spots on the mirrors. Toilet had... something smeared on the side. Shower curtain rod was coming off the wall. Just seemed like the housekeeper did the absolute minimum he/she had to do. ZERO attention to detail. The sheets SEEMED clean, and there didn't appear to be bedbugs, so that was good! ...and the mini fridge worked GREAT! VERY cold!

The price I paid for the room was too expensive for the condition of the room and the noise from above room. The security lock was broken it looked as if it has been broken into at one time. The sofa was stained and dirty The floor needed to be swept lamps were dusty and rusted, vents had been removed from ac unit. The mirrors were dirty, enamel was peeling from bath tub. There were 2 beds in the room I only wanted one. I wouldn't recommend this hotel nor will I stay here again.

Warning
When arriving the check in lady was very nice and professional. With the room itself the only problem I had was body hairs everywhere in the freezer , tub , sink , on the bed , in the towels , and the sheet had a couple big stains in them. My complaint comes from the other guess . I was staying 3 nights for work and I couldn’t get any sleep . People where hanging out all times of the night . The first night these guys where hanging out and because trying to make small talk . Being I was alone I ignored them not to open that friendly window. So the next couple of night I received several knocks on my door and window. I would leave my training an hour early to try to avoid seeing them as I enter my room but everytime I arrived a group of people was always sitting out . On the last night the group stayed out partying until about 2 that morning with loud music right outside my door . The next morning there was beer boxes and chairs on the balcony.my stay was horrible and I don’t recommend anyone to stay here if you’re planning to get rest .

When we arrived to check in we were told the room we reserved wasn't available. I was asked if I wanted a smoking room and I said no. When we got to the room it was a smoking room and it smelled like it. When we complained we were told there were no other rooms. The air conditioner was missing the cover and it was moldy and rusty. The bathtub was dirty and rusty, The pool was closed. The breakfast was either a muffin or a danish.

Disgusting motel
Flies and gnats were in the room when we arrived and there was what appeared to be mold and dirt on the A/C unit. The sheets had cigarette burn holes all over. Dirt and dust was everywhere and the lamp stands were covered with rust. Overall the room we stayed in was disgusting. The bed was uncomfortable and a car alarm went off at least 10 times around 4:50 am. To say the least, it was not an enjoyable stay. We will not be back.

Nice clean quiet hotel. Great

Really sucked ! No understanding PERIOD!
We didnt arrive til 3 am & guy at front deak made us wait in the cold outside until we could figure out a better form of payment he claimed! Then when at room tv was broken slanted forward fridge was a waste & frozen up & shower didnt even want to let water come out the door to bathroom was way off & took 2 ppl to close it ! A/C unit had no words on it to work it so therefore had to guess! Gotva smoking room,No ashtrays ! & breakfast went down at 6am which is when i think ur supposed to go but ha Negative ! Sorry excuse for breakfast! Everyone had to share samr milk with coronavirus goin around ! Just horrible ! Plus price on tbe internet is FAR OFF FROM WHAT THEY CHARGE!

I stayed here one night, and that was too much for me. The room was filthy. There was a dirty toothpick underneath the covers of my bed. The surfaces have not been wiped down. The linen is dirty. There are cigarette ashes everywhere. I asked to swap rooms, and the manager graciously brought me too about 5 different rooms before I found ones that I was comfortable sleeping in. I was pleased with the customer service, but that’s it. If you are staying for longer than one night, I would not recommend. If you have children, I would not recommend. Unless this is a last resort, I would not recommend

This was my second visit in the past two weeks and will definitely be my last. Both times I voiced my concerns of cleanliness, or lack there of, to the manager and got no response or offer to make it right.

Room floor clean in the middle, dirty on the edges. Bedding was clean but the mattress was so worn out that we sank into it. Thank goodness we were too tired to swim; the pool water was GREEN. Basically, Econo Lodge corporate needs to come in and get this place squared away.

I liked everything about the property it was a great place to stay. Nice and quiet the staff was amazing all of them made my stay there wonderful. I will be booking there again real soon.
