Amazing place to stay if you like lots of room
We loved the spacious villa and the pool overlooking the beach. Hotel was in a nice spot. Soundproofing is not great, beds are ridiculously hard,there’s no phone in the rooms or dressing gowns. I would stay here again.

Have stayed before but this is a wonderful place to return to. The staff are so kind and friendly. The bungalow was super clean and secure. lovely pool. Good value for money. Highly recommend.

I stayed in the hotel room which had a great view of the ocean, but the noise of the main road was the only downside of this hotel, I had to use earplugs to get some peace and quiet. Other than that, the pool is amazing, staff is friendly, it’s clean, close to the night market, etc

Good Value for money.
Poolsawat is good value for the price. Located on the quieter side of the island at Lamai, there are plenty of food outlets and other 'necessities'. The pool is well maintained and very pleasant.Staff were courteous and helpful.

Have stayed here many times
Excellent location, always clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Lovely 25m lap pool. Only negative is the frustratingly unreliable wifi service.

Nice clean pool with friendly people.
I loved their big swimming and small children pool. It’s a nice place to relax. Loved the pool view every morning. Also, the staff was super efficient and kind.

Overall a nice place
Room was nice and clean , pool etc all very nice. Only downside was the noise from the main road with loud motorbikes going past and a car alarm going off several times. Maybe a better front door would help to reduce road noise otherwise very good.

Nice and Comfort on your resonable budget
Poolsawat villa holtel is so good, I recommend to your long Holliday on Samui, Hotel is clean and nice, all of basic need that you can accessed in every day such as swimming pools, parking car, WiFi and very closed beach than other.

Amazing!
Amazing value, beautiful and clean pool, sea view, outside towels to use at pool. The beach right in front of the hotel is average and its more fisherman cove, but you can walk a bit and its ok. The location is a bit outside, we had motorbike and it was very easy to go everywhere.

Kleine, zentral gelegenes Hotel am Fischerhafen
Schöne kleine Anlage zentral direkt an der Hauptstraße zwischen Chaweng Noi und Lamai gelegen. Im Hauptgebäude befinden sich schöne geräumige Zimmer mit Meerblick ab dem 2. Stock. Die Zimmer im Hauptgebäude sind günstig (aktuell 1000 THB) aber ncht für lärmempfindliche geeignet. Wer Ruhe möchte sollte die sehr schönen Bungalows hinter dem Hauptgebäude wählen (2000 THB). Der Strandabschnitt vor dem Hotel liegt an einem kleinen Fischerhafen und ist nicht überlaufen. In der Umgebung des Hotels findet sich alles was man/frau benötigt in kleinen Supermärkten, Moped-Verleih, Wäscherei etc. Gegenüber des Hotels befindet sich ein sehr gutes Steak-House, wenn man mal nicht groß ausgehen möchte.

Great value, good location
Did book a standard room and mention i will arrive early in the morning, did check in at 8:30 Am, not only room was available, i was also upgraded to a villa! Great and quick check in and check out, very clean, good swimming pool. A very decent property.

Remote location without nice beach
Just stayed there for 14 days. Here are my thoughts about the place. Positives - Sea view - Nice pool Negatives - Poor maintenance, light bulbs not working, air-con leaking water, air-con remote control broken, wifi stop working from time to time - Next to the main road, noisy until at least 1 am - Fisherman's pier right in front of the hotel - Green algae in shallow water near beaches around hotel - No breakfast nor restaurant in the hotel - Secluded area of Lamai, restaurants around the hotel are few and far between - Cleaning service is poor. At time, i felt like bed sheets were not changed for several days. Dirty toilet right after the room were done.

One of my go to hotels in Lamai
Poolsawat is a very comfortable place to stay. This booking was for one night but I extended for three weeks. I stayed in the main building, not the bungalows. Pros: big rooms, air con works good, very comfy beds, very good housekeeping staff, balcony with Sea view, large pool that is deep on one side, amazing health restaurant next door (Spa Samui), a great gym is across road, two convenience near by. Cons: not a swimming beach as tide is always low and rocky do to the break water here that protects the little harbor for the fishing boats that anchor here, but you can walk to nicer beaches. The biggest con is the busy road which is VERY loud, so if you stay in the main building you'll need good ear plugs which I have so no issue. Noise is not a problem if you can pay more to stay in the bungalows. Over all I like it here and I will be back.

Das Hotel ist schön an einen kleinen Hafen gelegen. Allerdings ist die nächste gute Möglichkeit zum schwimmen etwa 10 Minuten entfernt.Zum Ortsmittelpunkt braucht man zwischen 20-30 Minuten.

タイ人客がうるさい
部屋は清潔。プールも広い。ただ、従業員の愛想が悪過ぎる。チェックイン時もただキーを渡されただけでこちらを見ようともせず。チェックアウト時も有難うの一言も無し。まあ、タイ人だからと言えばそれまでだが。また、タイの祝日と重なった為かタイ人団体が多くて閉口した。彼らは予算が限られている為、1部屋に4-5人も滞在して夜中まで騒がしい。夜中までプール脇で酒盛りしているのには閉口した。勿論、彼らはプールは着衣のまま入る。閑静なリゾートを満喫したいなら他に行くべし。

Lovely hotel with a great view
Wow. We had a fantastic stay at PoolSawat. We stayed for two days in the main complex then moved down to one of the garden bungalows for the final night. The pool was large and clean, the staff very helpful and polite. The location a short walk to the main strip but far enough away its quiet. Plenty of places to eat close by. Lovely and well maintained hard sand beach. Whilst the bungalows are huge and stunning it offers nothing spectacular over the main complex, if anything it's actually worse. The main complex has a walk in shower. Bungalow B4 (and so I assume all garden and possibly poolside) is a bath with a hand held shower that drenches everything. The main complex has dark curtains blocking out all light. The bungalow has dark curtains but 3 inch gaps between the window and the curtain thus letting in a lot of light. The main complex does have the road beside it but it did not effect the wife and I at all. The bungalow was sadly subjected to the noisiest guests I've ever come across. No reflection on the hotel for these as it was kids playing. But from above I suspect we'd have been fine.

Pros- good value, nice views, very nice pool, air conditioning and wifi worked well, spacious room, didn't cost much for them to do my laundry and it came back smelling very fresh and nicely folded! Cons- old furniture in room, beach is not nice in this location, poor acoustics so you hear street noise if you are in the main building (I would recommend the villas. Look much nicer and quieter. There is an obnoxiously loud bar across the street called alimundo. I stayed four nights and one night the music was beyond loud), front desk doesn't speak English very well Overall I would stay here again but only in a villa. Not the main building because of the street noise.

Bra, lugnt och avslappnad område.
Bodde här i 4 nätter. Hotellet ligger i norra delen av Lamai och det går tyvärr inte att bada i havet som är direkt nedanför hotellet. Men det finns en fin pool som de har att erbjuda. Rummet var stort och rent + att det finns gott om förvaringsutrymme. Säkerhetsboxen fungerade inte och det blev aldrig löst under tiden vi var där. Man kan rätt ta sig runt med en hyrmoped med taken på hotellets ligger avsides. Annars en bra och vänlig ställe för familjevistelse.

10 Minuten bis zum "Zentrum", sehr sauber
Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. In etwa 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im "Zentrum" von Lamai. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und tpp gepflegt. Es besteht aus einem Haupthaus (2 Etagen) und 8 Bungalows und einem großen Pool davor stehen. Wir waren im Haupthaus untergebracht. Das Zimmer war super groß. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben war der Straßenlärm den man Morgens gegen 8/9 Uhr mitbekommen hat. Per Roller lässt sich vom Hotel aus ansonsten die Insel sehr gut erkunden

Good value hotel
Has everything you need. Close to main road so can be noisy as expected. Just rent a scooter and you can access Lamai nice & easy. Would definitely stay again.
