I have never stayed at such a dump in my life! The grounds were filthy as well as the stairs, walkways. The room had filth all over the walls in the kitchen. The remote didn’t work, and I went to desk and they gave me the wrong remote and I finally got one that worked on the 3rd try. No maid service unless you asked for it which I was not told..

By far the worse “hotel” I have ever been to in my life! We stopped from a road trip hoping to get a hot shower and a few hours of sleep and were given keys to 3 different rooms because of how dirty they were. In the last one I recorded actual bed bugs crawling in the sink, in the tub and on the bed. My skin itched all the way to the Hilton hotel.

This hotel was one of the worse I have stayed in. The walls were dirty and the bathroom was also. The door lock broke and the key could not open it when I went downstairs to report it to the front desk clerk she told me that maybe it was too cold outside and give it a few minutes to see if it will open later. It was about 40 degrees outside. Eventually she (the clerk came to open the door with the master key and surprisingly, it did not open the door either. She didn't know what to do so she gave us another room and said she needed to call her boss for guidance because she was new. After speaking to her boss, she gave us another room but our belongings were still in the original room. After about an hour or so, I asked if they can call a locksmith so we could retreive our belongings and just leave.

First arrived I am handicapped. No directions to the elevator. The room 301 Studio king that we paid for my husband and I had to lug up 3 flights of stairs to only finally get in the room to the smoke alarm beeping I can’t even tell you anymore. They switched rooms a floor below and not help or carts This was after driving from NYC 9hrs. I would have moved to another hotel but couldn’t move anymore. I’d like a FULL REFUND I also have pics of the molded bathroom and the microwave had cracks in it why would I cook in it so we orders out 2 hero’s at 8:30 at night after arriving at 5:30 Unacceptable 😡😡😡😡

I was originally given a room that had not been cleaned after the previous guest. The second room I was given was just nasty. The sink did not drain in the bathroom, the toilet ran, the carpet was stained, it smelled horrible, and was just overall disgusting. I was supposed to stay two days, I checked out the next morning. If I had not arrived after midnight the first night I would not have stayed at all.

No toilet paper in the room. Short towel. When i asked the clerk told me they where out of toilet paper in the whole hotel. Was told the towels would be delivered to my room. They never came. I bought my own TP. Terrible service.

Check in late (early am), arrived with no microwave and remote control tv not working. I have to wait for maintenance to take care of it, maintenance came in like in the afternoon already. The rest of the stay unremarkable, stayed for 4 nights.

The front desk person was new but helpful. The Check in office area the smoke alarm detector beeping. Walking the hallway the hotel looks / feels dirty. Strong cannabis odor throughout the property. When we entered the room it was not done. Requested a refund and stayed on a different hotel. Do not recommend to stay there.
