In the middle of the Souk, heart of the Medina, this gem is super cosy and clean. Ot has everything (except maybe a gym...), the spa is also superb. Great for families as well.

This property is at max a 3.5 star property. The breakfast is quite hopeless as they only keep 1 main dish. Furthermore, the wait keeping staff dont offer customer any special items like omellete or fried eggs. If you end up going late for breakfast you are at the mercy of what is leftover. The rooms are clean. However, the cleaning staff likes throwing half used water bottles so you have to buy their own water bottles. Transportation is also an issue. Its so central in the medina such that calling a cab is such an huge ordeal. The area is also extremely unsafe at nights as there are hustlers who will give you misdirections so they can help you out and then ask for tips. Will try to avoid going to stay at this hotel in the future.

2nd time in Marrakesh, stayed in a more boutique riad 1st time whereas this was more traditional so we were a bit apprehensive however needn’t be. Stay was lovely, staff were helpful. Room was clean. Fridge in room handy. Location wise it’s sort of off the beaten track so was happy I was with a man when we went out at night but with that being said we had no problems and you get your bearings quickly!

Inside this property is very good. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. Only problem is parking and GPS location. It is not easy to find this this property when driving and also walking. Google map doesn't help all time. Suggest to contact Hotel before you reach there so they could give you a better direction.

Riad Nashira is an oasis in the hectic city of Marrakesh! The hotel staff spoke perfect English and were super helpful with all of our requests (even asking for someone to walk with us, hotel shuttles, etc). Would highly recommend this hotel!

La qualité et la propreté, les services proposés, la disponibilité du personnel et leur sourire et gentillesse, les repas et le petit déjeuner, l’ambiance et l’atmosphère, la fraîcheur du Riad, les massages et hammam sont excellents, un membre du personnel vous guidera pour votre premier chemin dans la médina. Le balisage pour le retrouver est très bien. Tout était parfait excepté le jacuzzi, ce dernier avait malheureusement une eau très trouble qui ne semblait pas avoir été renouvelée régulièrement et n’inspirait pas à son utilisation. Je recommande de prendre la navette proposée par le Riad pour vos trajets de et vers l’aéroport pour ces déplacements. Le service offre aussi alcool (vin,bière). Pour les déplacements à pieds dans la médina une application gps de carte hors-ligne est souhaitable pour vous retrouver.

Sarei rimasta ancora una settimana ! Abbiamo soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo splendido Riad a febbraio purtroppo periodo molto freddo ed il Marocco è poco attrezzato . La gentilezza e la professionalità del personale è quasi commovente, la colazione buona con un infinita’di richieste da fare espresse . Hammam molto bello e piacevole Piscina esterna coreografica tra il porticato del Riad, quella interna molto piacevole e calda . Sala ristorante molto curata e romantica cibo buono tipico marocchino . Consigliatissimo !

Wonderful stay in Marrakech
This Riad was wonderful ! The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was pretty elaborate and very good. Nice spa and pool too. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I would love to go back there when in Marrakech.

Most of the staff were very friendly. This is a traditional Riad so the rooms are not sound insulated like a hotel. There was a lot of noise early in the morning and late in the evening, making it difficult to sleep. The property needs to put signs up to advise guests to be quiet at these times. Limited food and drink options and all at a premium to the shops 5 minutes away. Airport transfers are also double the normal fare for a taxi arranged yourself. However, overall very pleased and our stay was lovely.

The staff was awesome and very accommodating. They booked all our tours with great tour guides and transportation. The property is well maintained, rooms were spacious, decor was tasteful. This was our first time in Marrakech and we arrived pretty late in the evening. Driving to the hotel at night was a little intimidating as it was difficult to differentiate hotels from common buildings. The streets leading to the hotel are more like a maze of alleys. If you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to walk a couple blocks as cars cannot easily drop you off in front of the property. This is more of a PSA. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

What a wonderful experience! The immediate area surrounding the riad is, “authentic “ so-to-speak. It’s not easy to find, but the staff, and uniqueness of the property are wonderful

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé trois nuits au Riad dont seuls dans tout le bâtiment. Le séjour a été super ! Le personnel est nombreux, agréable et aux petits soins pour les visiteurs. Notre chambre était spacieuse, avec tout ce qu’il faut. Petits biscuits marocains d’accueil. Petits déjeuners variés et fraîchement préparés. Dîner un peu décevant en revanche. Nous avons testé le spa avec un massage très bien réalisé, dommage qu’il fasse un peu froid dans l’espace détente et que nous n’avons pas pu accéder à la piscine intérieure (décision des autorités). Très grande terrasse roof top où venir se reposer ou bronzer. Nous recommandons pour la qualité de l’accueil et le lieu vraiment très beau et reposant.

The staff at Riad Nashira could not have been more helpful & friendly - from showing us around and walking us to taxis to chatting in the hotel. The room was for three of us and the door opened on to the pool - it was spacious and robes, toiletries and slippers were provided. The rooftop was a great place for some sun and to relax and we had lunch up there once. Breakfast buffet was great and complimentary snacks are provided in the evening. The basement spa is also amazing. Would definitely return.

Oasis in the middle of the Medina. Great spa, roof top sunning area and pools. Rose petals scattered around our room for arrival with a beautiful fruit basket, mortican tea and buscuits. Top notch!
