Sehr geehrter Gast, herzlichen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt in unserem Hotel nicht zufrieden waren. Auf die Meinung unserer Gäste legen wir viel Wert. Aufgrund von Ihrer Beschwerde haben wir Ihnen sofort einen Upgrade auf unsere Suite mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern gegeben. Das ursprünglich von Ihnen belegte Zimmer wurde auf Schimmel geprüft. Es wurde kein Schimmel festgestellt – es handelte sich um ein wenig Schmutz an der Decke und konnte somit behoben werden. Nochmal vielen Dank, dass Sie uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben. Im zweiten Zimmer hat die Heizung im Bad funktioniert, man musste sie lediglich einschalten. Wir haben dies in Ihrem Zimmer drei Mal überprüft und jedes Mal war der Heizkörper ganz warm. Wir bedauern außerordentlich, dass Ihr Aufenthalt von den Umständen überschattet wurde. Unser Team ist immer stets bemüht, unseren Gästen den besten Service zu gewährleisten. Dear Sir, thank you for your comments. We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us and had bad luck losing your key. We would like to respond to your review and clarify the situation, as some of the things you mentioned seem to be a result of a misunderstanding. We have visible air conditioning in the room and would have gladly given you a remote control for it at the reception desk if you had asked for the air conditioning to be turned on. The reason it has not been offered upon arrival is that at this time of the year (Mid-April) our guests usually do not wish to have it turned on. As for the ironing, we would like to let our guests use irons in the rooms, but it is not possible due to the fire safety regulations for our Art Nouveau Villa.Our room service also does ironing for our guests, but since there is a charge for it we also allow our guests to use the iron themselves so that they can avoid having to pay for it. Our reception desk is opened between 6.30 and midnight, but also after midnight the receptionist is available for emergencies and can be reached by either ringing the bell outside or telephoning from the room, of which you have been informed at the reception desk upon arrival. As for the lost key, we do have a written policy concerning this matter. When you checked in, you signed our registration form, which clearly states as follows: I herewith confirm that I have received ____1_______ set of room keys. Should a set of keys be lost, we have to charge Euro 180,00 for the replacement of 1 set of keys. Once more, we are very sorry that your stay was overshadowed by this incident. We hope that we could explain that the unfortunate situation was not a result of us unwilling to assist you. Our staff always does their best to provide excellent service for our guests. Chèrs Clients, Je vous remercie de vos commentairs sur l' Hotel Park Villa. Avec Grand plaisir j'ai lu que vous avez passé un très bon séjour dans mon Hotel. Avec l'autobus vous avez seulement 15 minutes directement au centre ville et le parking a notre cote de la rue est 24 heures sur 24 libre. La maison Park Villa est une maison originale de la Belle Epoque et completement renovée. Merci de mettre divers photos dans l'internet. Avec mes meilleures salutations! Wolfgang Bracke, Hotelier.
