Dear Michael Thank you for review. We do apologise for the experience that you had due to an unforeseen issue with the water supply and we would like to assure you that this does not at all reflect our usual standards. The team worked tirelessly to resolve the matter which actually affected the entire hotel. I would like to note that communication via letters to the room and in-room TV messages were sent in order to keep guests informed regarding the issue and updates timeously. Thankfully we did have guests whom understood the situation, however we humbly still offered various forms of compensation and value adds to mitigate the situation, as in your case. I am also delighted to let you know that all water services have been restored. We do hope to welcome you again for a renewed experience and we heartily apologise for the inconvenience.
