This is a very neat, tidy and clean property situated within easy walking distance of the Ballina main street shops. The room wasn't huge but it was clean and well appointed. Would be happy to stay again any time.

This is an excellent stop with modern rooms, well fitted out and sparkling clean. The checkin was easy and we had everything required for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Unfortunately 2 out of 3 of us contacted covid and unwell so to be safe we decided to not attend and infect others. Called the office to let them know and they encouraged us to come still. However decided it was best we didn't.

Why would you take after hours bookings if you can't check in after hours. You leave people stranded with nowhere to go at night

Travellers lodge was a quite, and clean little place close to shops and river walks. The staff was really friendly and helpful which made it a pleasant stay at Ballina

Unit 1 is very Small. Lighting in the room is bad. Tv is very blurry. Paid $195. It was disappointing. Chose the place to stay cause the website looks beautiful and everything sounded good.

This property has the smallest bathrooms I have ever come across. It was difficult to move as we were constantly bumping into the hand basin and towel rails etc. and it was difficult to use the toilet. If it wasn't school holidays and difficult to find another hotel I would have left and went somewhere else. The rooms were also very small. On a positive note the rooms had good facilities and were very clean. Also the staff are were friendly. I cannot recommend this hotel and I would not stay here again.

Hi Neville,Thanks for your feedback, the bathrooms are of standard size and honestly we never have had anyone complaining that they could not use the toilet as there is plenty of space on either side and in the front. Regards

Friendly and helpful reception on arrival. Rooms were very clean, comfortable bed. Good location, just a short walk to the river and lovely restaurants.

The interiors were really pretty. The rooms were small but the wallpaper and lamps made a pretty, warm atmosphere. It was lovely & quiet too
