Towels provided were very old & looks very dirty. I don’t feel like using it for drying my body after shower. Highly recommend bringing your own towels. Saw cockroach in our room during the night. Only great locations for dining and drinking.

The room has certain smell. Bedsheet and cover were old, we have to ask to change them. Ants were crawling around the room. Location is good as it’s surrounded by restaurants and cafes

The room I stayed was spacious and in great condition. It is quite far from Pineng island but the hotel itself is in a great and happening location (Aroma city). I would choose this hotel if visiting Butterworth again

There are many happening in the area which is a good spot! Yet I would ask the hotel management to look into the air-con, it not cooling enough even it is set to the lowest and celiling fan running. The bathroom smelly and the towel too! Maybe not enought vandalism... is the issue?
