Superb house, very comfortable and luxurious, owner was not there so a lovely neighbour let us in and we were the only ones in the hotel

Wow what a wonderful place. It has a real home from home feel. Deb is just lovely and the room super comfy and the joy of a breakfast served in the room. I absolutely love it and I have rebooked.

Not a 4 star hotel!
The 4 star rating on this hotel is ridiculous. There is simply no service at all since there is no staff available. The breakfast basket is a joke, and I don't know where in the room you should have the breakfast. The instant coffee you have to make yourself in the room. The place is in the middle of nowhere, you have to order a taxi to get to a restaurant. You can't even pay the room at the hotel, you get an email with a gmailaddress which I though was a spam first and deleted it. The room is nice though but the hotel is totally overpriced. I would never recommend this hotel for businesspeople. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either to be honest for that price.

Great stay, very confortable in a lovely area. The only low point was the breakfast, which could have been better quality and a little bit more filling

This hotel turned out to be a B&B usually used by business people. As such, the accommodation and service fell well short of what we would expect from a hotel. This most certainly was not a 4 star rating. When we arrived we enquired about where we could get an evening meal and were directed to a local pub which was only 5 minutes walk away so we set off to find it. After 10 minutes we found the pub which had stopped serving food that day (this was 5 pm on a Sunday) and would not be serving any more food until the Thursday, 4 days later. We eventually drove into a local town to find food.

Quiet location handy to Maidenhead central
We enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. It is a little way off the beaten track so independent transport is probably required. The continental breakfast was great and overall this place was very good value for money.

Not what we were expecting
This was a bed and breakfast, not a hotel. The owner was not there to greet us or to see us off, but gave good instructions for our access. The breakfast was supposed to be full according to our booking confirmation, whereas it was only a picnic breakfast left outside your door. Nowhere in the room to have sat and eaten it. We got a full refund of breakfast when we complained.

Very nice B&B in Maidenhead
Lovely place, lovely room, impeccable standard, warm room and quiet at night. I loved the picnic basket for breakfast! I didn’t see any staff as I arrive at 8pm but we had agreed and arranged a place for the keys. I will definitely come back here for another seminar at SDL, which 10 minutes down the road from here.

Semi-rural B&B gem
I've stayed at Pinkneys Court Mews a number of times both for business and pleasure. It's a wonderful, homely place with tastefully-decorated, welcoming rooms, comfortable beds and great showers. It's in a semi-rural, quiet location, bordering open fields and is walking distance to The Pinkneys Arms - a great little pub. Highly recommended!

Home away from home
Warm welcome, felt like a home away from home rather than a hotel etc. Great for business trips, nice rural area with nice pubs

Not as promised
I bought a room with a king bed and a ull breakfast.what i got was a nice room but a double bed. Romm wassupposed to come with a full breakfast. What we got was a basket with yogurt and bananas. I was also double charged for the room. I had to get her husband to correct it as she did not answer her bell. Once she checked us in she did not want to bother with us. Most expensive room wepaid for in europe and most disappointing.

Lovely B&B in a nice village
Stayed there for business. Lovely place, down a quiet country road. The village local pub is walking distance which is handy, but remember to take a good torch! Room was very comfortable. Overall I would rate this as good value for money and more than fit for purpose.

The disappearing breakfast!
I've stayed here a few times over the past couple of years, it's a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle and have a well deserved evening break from work. The rooms are very comfortable and the owner are very helpful and attentive. Unfortunately they have decided to discontinue serving a cooked breakfast in their lovely dining room in the morning, and have switched instead to a breakfast hamper which is left outside the room. This is disappointing as not only was the dining room a comfortable and welcoming environment but the breakfast was very good with the owners able to promote locally sourced produced. The locally sourced produce has disappeared in favour of shop bought cereal bars and mass produced brioche in the breakfast hamper. When I arrived recently the owners were out as they have another hotel to tend to, so my key was left by the door in a marked envelope, which is fine but as I was there for 2 nights and they don't serve breakfast any more I ended up not even saying hello or having any contact with them for the length of the stay, which was a little odd. As i left my key on the reception table and closed the door on my last day I felt like this place for all it's wonderful charm and character was missing something, the personal touch.

Nice hotel, quiet location with great service
I would have given the hotel 5 stars for everything & I'm still tempted to even now. The only reason I would dock 1/2 a star is because you really need transport if you want to go & eat somewhere. There are a couple of pubs around, which you can walk to, I was lucky it wasn't raining, but if it was I think it's not practical. Other than that I really can't find anything to complain about. In fact I'm looking forward to my next stay & glad I already booked it.

Great for a relaxing stay.
Very Quiet location. A little bit hard to find as the sign is not obvious and easily missed. Very nice Bath and Shower with great water pressure. Good room temperature.

Great B&B
The B&B is in a quiet location but only a few miles from Marlow and Henley. We stayed for one night to go to the Hand and Flowers for our anniversary/birthday. The owner is very welcoming and friendly and the rooms are lovely.

Wonderful little gem, try it!
Stayed for one night for business and was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the facilities and the lovely surroundings. The B&B is located enough of the beaten track to be quiet and relaxing without being too far away from good transport links. The rooms are clean and tidy and beds comfortable and the bathrooms very well equipped. The owners make you feel very welcome and the dining room is very grand! Would definitely stay there again.

Friendly Host & Comfy House
We arrived at a time much later than the normal check-in hours at around 10:30pm due to flight delay. The host was very kind to have stayed up and waited for us. (We are really sorry for that!) The room was neat and tidy with comfy bed and good sanitary facilities. Breakfast was fabulous! I recommend this B&B to you all. *Drive slowly if you check in at night, pathway to the house can be easily missed.

OMG! What a little gem of a place - Our Secret!
What a hidden gem! I am reluctantly providing this feedback as I want to keep this place a secret!! Its absolutely fantastic, the location is a short drive from Maidenhead in very pleasant countryside surrounds, with a pub just a 10 minute walk away serving the most incredibly delicious food in its restaurant. The room was very modern and spacious, with lovely views and all the facilities you would expect. The welcome is second to none making you feel part of the family. Breakfast was delicious with fresh bacon and eggs laid by their own hens. I have lived in Maidenhead for over 10 years and never knew about this little secret - please don't tell too many people :)

Pleasant stop
Pleasant stop over on the way to Windsor. Don't let the narrow lane worry you;) Host was kind and served a lovely breakfast. Roomy and quite comfortable bed! Hubby warned me to take a quick shower as his got cool.

An excellent stay. The only thing was a fan would have been welcome in the room given we arrived in 35 degree hear and there were only 2 windows which could be opened.

Lovely B&B in a quiet rural location
Very welcoming and excellent room, with a very comfortable bed, fluffy towels and bathrobes. Cooked breakfast is included, but is limited to bacon and eggs. Would happily return to this lovely bed and breakfast in a beautiful family home.

Room excellent, tea,coffee,biscuits & chocs shows the owner puts in that bit more effort that makes the difference. Breakfast good. Made welcolme. Helpful advising on evening meal restaurants in Marlow & local pub. Handy for Ascot.

high quality room in quiet setting
High quality room in lovely house in a quiet setting, less than 10 minutes drive into the centre of Maidenhead. Welcomed by the owner on arrival who checked I had everything I needed and knew how to work things like the shower etc. All very comfortable.

Great alternative to normal locations
Having been in a position were I was booking later than normal I was not able to get into the same hotel as my other business colleagues. I feel however that I got the best deal as I had a great stay with better accommodation and a friendlier reception than the normal business hotels in the area. Will definitely use again.

Relaxing
All was very good with the exception of an evening meal which I would have liked to get in the hotel. However Marlow not a far drive with loads of places to eat. The owner very friendly nice warm homely feeling. Located in the sticks but not far from anywhere.

Hidden Gem
It was a little difficult to find Pinkney Mews Court by postcode, but the directions on their own website were spot on. I stayed for 3 nights on a business trip, and I could not fault the place for anything. The owners have put a lot of thought and attention to detail in the rooms, the facilities and the breakfast. The room was warm and clean, with facilities that you would expect in any good hotel. The quality of the breakfast was top notch. Lots of nice eateries in the vicinity so finding somewhere to eat nearby was never a problem.

I have never left a review before, but after my recent stay, felt compelled to make the effort to review this B&B as it is clear the effort the owners themselves have gone to a huge effort to ensure guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay. I have recommended to my work colleagues for when they have to stay in the area

Top place to stay
My only problem was finding it and that was probably me not putting enough detail in the Satnav. If you have a Garmin and are coming from the Marlow Road pass the farm on your right and keep going until you get to a driveway on your right bordered by two curving brick walls. Turn in and drive the end. It's perfect.
