호텔의 뷰가 정말 환상적.객실.식당.수영장.로비 등 뷰는 백만불 짜리 입니다. 차 없이는 못가요~~~

환상적인 호수와 산이 보이는 뷰는 아마 몇년간 잊지 못할겁니다. 그리고 호텔의 상태와 서비스 역시 최고라고 할수 있네요. 다시 재방문 의사 있습니다!

Ungenügend für 5 Sterne
Obwohl ich ein Zimmer in der 1. Etage gebucht hatte, und erwähnte, dass ich kein Fahrstuhl benutzen kann, bekamen wir eines im 4 Untergeschoss. Es wurde auch nicht darauf hingewiesen. Zudem ist der zuständige sofort mit uns an den Fahrstuhl gelaufen um uns ins Zimmer zu führen. Auch konnten wir erst um 15:30 das Zimmer beziehen statt um 15:00 Uhr.

Is this heaven?
We stopped here on our way to Italy from Paris. Of the 6 different cities we visited, this was my husband and son's favorite. The view is just breathtaking from all areas of the hotel. The staff was very polite and professional. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. The room was very nice and roomy and had a large balcony. We went into town (very easy to get around) and we literally were asking ourselves if we were in heaven. It's hard to describe; it was the epitome of relaxation. There were people all along the shore visiting, swimming, walking, but it wasn't crowded or loud. There were a lot of little places to get coffee or ice cream or a bite to eat. We walked a long way around the shore. We definitely want to come back and explore more of Switzerland!

séjour très sympathique dans son ensemble avec quelques petits couacs surprenants dans un hôtel de ce standing tels que la nécessité de devoir appeler 3x pour faire arrêter la clim, le bruit du karcher juste à côté de la terrasse du petit déjeuner, un vrai labyrinthe d'ailleurs pour arriver à cet endroit, la carte magnétique quui ne permet plus d'ouvrir la porte de la chambre et le téléphone dans le couloir qui ne marche pas non plus pour appeler la réception ...

Exceptional in every way from amenities, location, view and cleanliness. The housekeeping and turndown service was the best we’ve ever experienced. With a deep clean everyday. If you’re considering this place, don’t hesitate! We stayed here along with two other hotels for a road trip across Switzerland and honestly wished we stayed here the full trip. Nothing compared. Keep it up and well done to everyone that works there that keeps it so exceptional. The staff all say hi and are really considerate with their guests. Book and enjoy!

Wife and I went to celebrate our 10y anniversary. Amazing views from every corner of the property. We truly had a wonderful time! Very friendly and hospitable staff. Fondue at the Gondola is a must! Pool and spa is very well maintained, and the views from the pool are breathtaking. Will defn go back and do recommend to all.

Séjour de 4 nuités début février où l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel ont été irréprochables. Chambre spacieuse, grand lit, confort et propreté au RDV. 1 diner au restaurant Le Patio offrant une qualité et une originalité efficaces malgré la réouverture lors d notre semaine. Pas d'autre restaurant (Japonais) malheureusement dû à la saison

The hotel were very accommodating. They upgraded our room to a Junior suite. And we had a bottle of red wine (Grenache) from their vineyard on the house. Which was a very good wine. Also by chance the pool and spa was closed for maintenance on the days we were there. However they were very nice and let me use the sauna and steam room in the private spa that couples can book.

Séjour détente, lieu parfait pour s'évader. Le SPA et son personnel ne font qu'accentuer ce sentiment d'évasion avec une note de bien-être en plus. Le restaurant Hinata,.... que dire,.... PARFAIT!
