Positive points: Location is very convenient in the middle of town, yet quiet in the night. The room was clean enough and comfortable. The refridgertor was old but worked very well. Negative points: The TV set was a bit old and picture is not clear. There was no table and chairs in a huge balcony. The bath was deep and mighy have been comfortable but, unfortunately bathtub plug wa loose and was not able to hold the hot water long time and we could not bathe in the tub.

Walking into reception and seeing signs that said we are not responsible for theft of your property was alarming. The staff were quite polite, but a couple of them more interested in their mobile phones than customers..

Songkran Weekend 2019
There are a lot of hotels to choose from in Pattaya; the Holiday Resort is in need of a facelift. The customer service was good but the rooms and eating area is old. I paid $50 USD per night and that is what I received. I would not recommend this hotel if the rate is over $50 USD. There is not much to do in the area and beach street is a 25 minute walk...to go to Walking Street you will need public transportation. The wifi when it did work was slow; the pool and area was clean and well kept up. This hotel does not take credit cards for the room deposit so be prepared to pay cash which is refunded upon departure.

This hotel is a 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not more than this. The staff is very nice. The bed are ok. 900 ( 10 minutes) walking distance from the beach 🏝 Breakfast is average. Well, we would not go there again. 7/10

Great resort in Pattaya
I absolutely love this hotel , 10 minutes walk to beach , 8 minute walk to central plaza , right in the middle of all the action !!! I was extremely impressed by Mr Pichitpon ( nut ) at front desk , always happy with a very professional approach , rooms are large in size and very comfortable... will definitely stay again !!!

Good hotel but just okay
Dustbins are small, used to put them out to get them empty, have to request staff for room cleaning, bedsheet change etc even after giving tip... they won’t do anything untill you tell them. Breakfast was just 2/5 quality None of dishes are specificed with names Overall just Okay

Extrem freundliches Personal! Besonders das Front Office. Zimmer und Pool sind groß und sauber. Lage ist perfekt, es ist schön ruhig und fußläufig in 5 Minuten ist man am Strand oder mitten im Nachtleben!

Det finns ingen bäddmadrass, vilket gör att man känner de fjädrarna i madrassen! Poolen är fint men många kunder badar med t-shirt och shorts. Mycket liv i poolen ibland vilket kan vara störande om man vill ta det lugnt! Daglig städning och fräscha rum, trevliga personal, nära till allt, 7 eleven, lokal mat, bra restauranger och barer! Nära till strand och shopping!

Disappointing
We booked in around 5.30pm into the family room which was roomy enough however, the humidity was 90% and it was very hot, the air conditioner was situated so it blew straight on top of the bed and we both were sick the next day. I was also bitten in 6 places on my midriff by I don't know what! which was a bit unnerving, and a trip to the pharmacy. We went out for a short stroll to come back to the air conditioner leaking all over the table straight onto our laptop. Tried to use the WC and shower, but there was no running water. We had the staff up to our room three times for assistance and they offered us complimentary breakfast. The reception people were helpful however, when we went down to breakfast, the buffet was in an open area and I was appalled to see not one fly but millions covering all the food on the buffet. I was dry reaching and that was the clincher, we immediately went out to search for other accommodation. We moved out at 10am. The reception advised we weren't even entitled to a refund which we thought was unreasonable as we hadn't even been there for 24hrs.

Good hotel within the alley of Soi 7
I have lost my money somewhere in my room the other day, the hotel staff managed to recover my money by the time I came back. One thing need to be improve is the security. During my stay at the hotel, any visitors was allowed to enter the hotel including ladyboy. Just an advice to the hotel management, please hold the visitor id for the security purpose during visiting. Other than that, I enjoy my pleasant stay at the hotel with the nice swimming pool.

Slippers are not provided. Toothbrush as toothpaste will only be provided upon request. Tons of mozzies in the room. The room is not soundproof. Lots of mainland Chinese stayed there so it was a mess. Poor security.

Armature reception process
Just for checking stump on my passport took more than five minutes although I intentionally put immigration slip on a page with stump. No greeting, no smile, no guidance. Big signboard saying "No responsibility for any losses and damage" on a reception desk. A bell boy who took me to a room forced me to type password in front of him. You can find better hotels in same or lower price in Pattaya. Although I paid for two nights, I moved to other hotel for the second day because. I could not stay relax because I can not leave my passport, PC and smartphone in a room.

Hotel staff could not find the booking and check-in was delayed for over half an hour due to that. Check-out on the other hand was harsh, despite the hotel being totally empty, 11:50 they start ringing the room kicking you out. Will never stay there again.

Her er det mye å sette fingeren på. Rommet var et familierom og størrelsen var bra. Men badet manglet badekar som reklamert på bildene. Kjøkken hadde ingen ting av utstyr. Kun oppdekket spisebord for 4 kun for det skulle se fint ut. Fikk etterhvert en stekepanne og en kasserolle og mikro for å kunne lage litt mat. Kniv og annet utstyr dukket aldri opp under hele oppholdet. Telefon på rommet var ødelagt og det fikk man heller aldri. Aircondition lekte, men fikk reparert etter et par dager. Gardinene ramla ned til stadighet da de var klistret opp med dobbel sidig tape. Dette hengte aldri vaske personell opp, noe jeg måtte ordne selv. Utsikten var til en bakgård og til en buss parkering plass, så var greit å ha gardiner som funket for å dekke den stygge utsikta. Var ingen reserve stikk kontakter, så man måtte velge lys eller lade telefon. TV var så uklart at det var useelig. Internett så ustabilt og sakte at man måtte kjøpe eget simkort for å få internett. Senga føltes som man lå på steingulv. Helt ødelagt i rygg etter opphold. Safen var bare plassert på rom og ikke festet. Da har den ingen safe funkjon lengre. Bare å ta med hele safen. Personalet kunne nesten ikke engelsk. Bassenget fikk jeg helt for meg selv. Var ingen gjester å se på over 2 uker Sola var vekk fra området rett etter kl 16. Var ikke mulighet å få kjøpt noe på hotellet hverken av mat eller drikke. Langt til sentrum. Styr unna dette hotellet.

Dishonest workers who stole our belongings
Terrible hotel with dishonest workers - We left our bags at the counter after check-out @ 12pm, and proceeded for lunch. We came back at around 2pm to wait for our taxi to arrive. After we left the hotel and travelled back to Bangkok, we realised that things in our bag were missing! Cosmetics, clothes from Zara (newly bought the night before, still in bag), and even clothes that have been worn, from Jaspal. All gone. Called the hotel but staff denied and even asked us if we have misplaced them ourselves. But it was impossible because we didn't go anywhere after checking out - only all the way back home in Bangkok. Manager didn't even bother checking the CCTV for us. Bad service and dishonest staff. Book this hotel at your own risk. If you already have, remember to check if all your things are still there when you leave. No wonder there weren't many customers around when we checked-in...

Pattaja on bilettäjän paikka,on kuppilaa joka lähtöön ja muutakin.Eniten kummastuttaa vanhat ukot ( 60-80) jotka tulevat Pattajalle ympäri maailmaa ja luulevat olevansa viagran avulla suuria sonneja nuorten naisten kanssa. On tosin muutakin nähtävää hyvin paljon niin kaupungissa kuin kaupungin ulkopuolella,ne tarvitsee tietää mitä haluaa katsoa ja kokea.Nähtävä oli tämäkin kaupunki.

Average hotel with no working WiFi, no hot water in bathroom and a very poor breakfast. Won't go there again. Skip the breakfast and it's still OK for relaxation. Location not that bad either, 2 min. walk to Soi Buakhao.

Nice hotel but full of noisy Chinese tourists
No complaints about the condition of this hotel. Busloads of Chinese tourists ruined it for me. Real shame because the hotel staff were friendly and very efficient. But too much noise early in the morning and early evening.

New Experience
The front desk was not friendly. There was no porter. The person who showed us the room didn't help carry the luggages. We had a big deluxe corner room on the fifth (top) floor with wrap around balcony. The bed was a king size spring mattress with heavy cover which was too warm to use at night. The bathroom door couldn't be closed without slamming. There was no hot water at the sink. The bathtub was dirty without shower curtain (the shower head was not a portable kind). When I took a shower, the toilet seat and the floor got wet. There was a nice tea set but no coffee. The breakfast was catered more for the Asians, very limited on international and the food was cold. We will not stay here again. This place should have only 2.5 stars.
