Unsatisfactory stay.
The bedsheet has unwash blood stain in it and reported to the desk clerk but no action was done. He offered to give me a new sheet but why do I have to do that. Did not get a good night sleep because the guest conversations and arguments went on up to wee hours in the morning.

The hotel elevator was broken and I had to walk up 3 flight of stairs with my suitcases. Room was not clean my whole stay and call for housekeeping no respond. The room carpet was soak from a leak in the room. Terrible experience

Just right.
We were able to check in early and that wes a plus since we arrived in town around. It was quiet and we were able to get plenty of sleep.

Good Value
This motel is in what appears to be an older area of town. It also appears to be one of the nicest motels in this area. The exterior is well maintained. The exterior is very nice with a nice courtyard and swimming pool. The room we stayed in had a large bathroom with a lot of counter space. The room was clean, decorated nicely, but needed renovating. The motel has a nice hot breakfast with eggs, very good biscuits, gravy, etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was a good value.

Hotel was nice, facilities was nice, rooms was nice but when I pull the sheets down to go to bed ants was in the bed, so I when to the front desk and they change my room and the room was nice until the next morning when I woke up and saw ants on top of the nightstand, glad I was leaving, but besides that it was nice

Not worth the time or price
Upon arrival the hotel clerk stated "the elevator may or may not be working you'll just have to wait and see." It was not working. The bathroom was not very well cleaned. My towels were torn and frayed and the toilet took 2 or 3 tries to flush. I received only 2 of the three wake-up calls I had requested. The bed was comfortable and the t.v. worked. The location was very convenient. I will not stay here again nor will I recommend it.

Too expensive for the quality of the property
Too expensive for the quality, status, and cleanliness of the property. The room smelled musty and all surfaces (desk, counters, etc) were sticky. Disappointed

Close Location for Masters Tournament
Other than the location for a stay during the Masters tournament, this hotel is not worth the money. The staff is nice but the rooms and the hotel is dated. The breakfast is okay but not worth the $200+ per night during Masters week.

Nice hotel
the lady was really rude to my girlfriend who was trying to check in early and was nice to me. The best thing about this hotel is 2 free drinks per person, we have stayed here a few times. The breakfast is really good. The worst part was all the kids running around till 2 in the morning. By the way they told us that they are about to start charging for breakfast.

poorly maintained- better options nearby
two night stay, reservation not received by hotel. Room door damaged/ difficult to open. Electric outlets not working. Sink drain plug would not open/ drain. Phone not working, so couldn't use to call front desk. After first night, maintenance repaired electric outlets, but when we returned to room the second evening, other problems remained. Took a few minutes (yes minutes) to open door from inside the second morning. Lots of cheaper/ cleaner/ better maintained hotel options on the same street.

It was a great location and everyone was really nice. Unfortunately the reason I went with that hotel was for the pool and it broke on our second day there and was down the whole time we were there

Would Not Stay Again
When I checked in the receptionist didn't mention that the pool was not open. The hotel lobby was clean but after being in the room for a couple hours we found bugs and what looked like some type of worm (there was two of them) crawling on the floor. They did offer happy hour which was nice. When I informed the front desk the receptionist was nice and explained what I needed to do. I would not stay here again.

Better than expected. Good staff. Upgraded us to a suite on the first floor. Clean. Good hot breakfast. No complaints

Disgusting
I went there with my 11 year old son and mother. The first thing I noticed was a condom on the floor. I was livid. The rooms were not cleansed properly. I asked if housekeeping would change our bedding and room and she hesitated and then said " what's wrong with the bedding? I want to make sure everything is clean !The building was in bad condition. It looked like it could fall at any minute.. If I would have had the extra money I would have went somewhere else. The free breakfast was a joke. They only had one cook with a bad attitude. We went to McDonalds because they didn't have any food ready. The cook didn't have a net covering her hair. My overall experience was bad. I could not get comfortable and could not wait to leave.

Check-in was easy, the main room was pretty clean. The bathroom was a little old looking and had scuffs, stains, etc, but was clean otherwise. The fridge did not work, but didn't ruin my stay there. The complimentary breakfast was pretty tasty. I had scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and a biscuit. The coffee wasn't 5-star, but it was good. I didn't recall getting a breakfast ticket but all they had to do was look me up. For what I paid, this was a very good experience. If I wanted a perfect hotel experience, I would have gotten a room at a Hilton Garden Inn. I didn't feel like paying that much.

Bad encounter with associates
I was working in Augusta hoping to return home that same day after work. It did not happen so I looked up the hotel on line, reserved it and paid for it. On getting to the hotel, I presented the Tax-exempt form from the State of Georgia. The check in associate told me she would not take it and that I have to get with Hotels.com. The room assigned was in very bad shape and the room was next to a laundry room. I asked to get another room and she told me that the amount I paid for called for that room. The associate standing behind the counter was goggling and mumbling some words under her breath implying that I was asking for too much. This was my worst experience in hotel accommodation by hotel associates.

Its ok for the price :/
Beds were clean but uncomfortable the rest of the room was not clean very well... Breakfast was very good buffet type (scramble eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles etc.) I would say for the night and the price was right..... When we arrived they couldn't find my reservation but after a little bit they did and due the situation they upgrade my room into a "suite"

Was very UNPLEASANT
Hotel was not clean at all. Hair was found in the bed and on the pillows.. Foreign stain marks on sheets and other bedding. Cable was loose on the TV which caused frowning and cable going in and out. Worst of all I booked through Expedia, I was charged $134 and I only stayed one night.. Can't reach a real person to get this corrected. However upon check in and check out I was told that I was only being charged for the one night. The cashier was friendly but over all I was had. If you are a clean person like me please do not stay here. Pay the extra for the other hotels they were cleaner and the cable actually worked

Beds were comfortable and overall cleanliness was fine. Bathroom not so great. Toilet wouldn't flush properly and shower rod was coming out of wall.

if you have no other option
The price was great but the noise level from other guest was horrible. Everytime someone opened/closed their door we could hear it. The elevator was not operable. Had we not gone pass the cancellation Time we would have gone elsewhere as the desk clerk took forever to come to the door. She looked directly at us when we rung the bell and she continued to sit at her desk and eat! We were awakened by some guy blowing debris off of the walkway well before checkout. Overall the stay was horrible.

ancient broken down furnishings!
furnishngs very, very old and falling apart. Bed was awful. Rims had new carpet and tile otherwise everything about the rooms was decrepit. Bathroom fixtures esp. Shower/tub should have been replaced 20 yrs ago. Even one of the tv's was from the last century. Can't believe Clarion hasn't taken their franchise away! Only positive was the front desk staff all very accommodating and polite.

decent hotel for price
We stayed at this hotel the night before the Augusta Half-Ironman race. The check-in process was smooth but slow. We were surprised to receive tickets for complimentary drinks at happy hour, so that was a plus. There was also a complimentary breakfast, but we did not eat at the hotel because we had to leave before 5:00am. The room was clean and spacious but dated. There were two televisions in the room, but they were old and didn't work well. Overall, we were interested in an affordable, nonsmoking room with a king-size bed, fridge, and microwave, and this room satisfied those conditions. We felt that the room was what we would expect for the affordable price.

we had to get help unlocking our door for the room three times. we also did not have our room cleaned two days. no clean towels or coffee packets. we were told we had to pick up our towels and coffee products at the desk ourselves.

Get what you pay for.
I was in Augusta for the Augusta Ironman 70.3 on 9/28/2014. Hotel location was convenient to get to the race venue while not having to pay for the convenience of being right downtown. The facility itself is OK with free hot breakfast available and many restaurants and amenities close by. Room was in need of a makeover. Beds were comfortable for sleeping but the couch in the room was dingy and had a hole in the cover. Carpet was dingy and the bathroom floor was slippery with what felt like soap that was not rinsed off after being mopped. Shower was OK as far as water pressure and hot water. OK place for a short stay where you won't be in the room very often and don't want to spend a lot of money.
