서비스가 좋은 호텔
동쪽 바다 베이 위에 있는 호텔입니다 가족 단위 유럽인들이 많이 와 있었고(크리스마스때 였는데 한국인은 저희밖에 없었음) 서비스가 아주 좋았고 직원들 모두 친절합니다 아침 식사는 원하는 음식 을 주문 하시고 샐러드바에서 나머지 먹고 싶은 것을 가져다 드시면 되는데 음식이 깔끔하게 관리 되어 있고 착즙 쥬스가 맛있습니다 타이 레스토랑의 코스 요리가 상당히 맛있었고 이태리 식당 음식도 상당히 맛있습니다 ㅎ 가격은 좀 비싼 편입니다 하루에 한번 룸으로 과일 서비스를 해주는데 망고가 맛있었습니다 4층 사우나 시설 앞에 작은 인피니트 풀이 두개 있는데 사우나 즐기고 베드에 누워 풀 넘어로 보이는 바다가 좋았습니다 투어 프로그램도 있고 호텔 자체 프로그램도 있습니다 공항에서는 30분 거리고 레지던스 단지 안에 있는 호텔이라 주변에 상가는 없는듯 합니다 조용하고 편안하게 휴가를 즐길수 있는 곳이었습니다

늦은 체크인임에도 방 안내까지 친절히 잘 해주었고, 방의 뷰, 수영장, 시설 등 모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 조식도 맛있었구요^^ 정말 딱 하나 아쉬운 건 제가 묶은 3Bedroom의 침실이 다 아랫층이었는데 wifi가 1층에서만 잘 연결이 되어, 모바일을 사용하는 경우 끊겨 조금 아쉬움이 있었습니다.

beautiful space; great views; kind service all-around--from concierge to wait-staff to spa to management; fun excursion to private beach club--feels "activey"; delicious Thai food! COMO Point Yamu is isolated but all the better for it. you will get peace and quiet. the spa COMO Shambhala is the best!

해마다 3번째 방문인데..
수영,태닝 좋아하고 아름다운 경치,스타일리쉬한 건물과 데코, 조용하고 멋진 분위기, 물 좋은 투숙객들,친절한 서비스등 땜에 호텔 오픈하고 해마다 빠지지 않고 3번째 방문입니다. 근데 올해는 이상하게 전에비해 없어진 세심한 서비스가 많았고, 직원들 서비스가 예전에 비해 -여전히 친절하지만- 많이 느리거나 빼먹고 잊고 그랬어요. 왜 그럴까 의아했는데, 호텔 제네럴 매니저가 바뀌었다군요. 그 밑에 직원들도 바뀐 모양. 좀 아쉬웠어요. 투숙객도 처음엔 코모 그룹 걸맞게 세련된 커플들 위주였는데..다 어디로갔는지, 이번엔 단체관광객들..왁자지껄..덕분에 아주..정신이 쏙...나감. 새로생긴 해변도. 다른 호텔처럼 바로 앞이 아니라 배 타고 40분에, 넘 지저분한?해변이라 좀 아쉬웠슴. 직원들 서비스가 예전엔 알아서 눈치껏 오고, 완전 빠릿빠릿 친절햇는데, 이번엔 부르지 않으면 오지도 않고, 뭘 부탁해도 계속 까먹고, 빨리 테이블을 안 치워 전에 음식 남아 파리 꼬이고 좀 많이 실망했어요.

투베드룸풀빌라에 스테이했습니다 포인트야무가 빠통시티와 떨어진 외진 곳이라고 했지만 불편함 없이 스테이 했습니다 공항과도 30분 거리라 좋고 포인트야무의 전용비치는 정말 아름다웠고 풀빌라의 인피니티샷의 그림같은 풍광은 아직도 잊혀지질 않네요

객실 청결하고 직원들은 항상 미소를 띠고 있음 그러나 감옥과 같은 환경 ! 풀빌라의 풀은 추워서 못 들어가고, 짐에서 운동하지 않으면, 공용풀옆에 있는 두개의 식당,바만 이용 해야는데 거의 같은 음식을 3일동안 먹어야했고, 객실밖엔 별다른 시설이 없으니, 감옥과 같은 환경일수도... 밖으로 나가려면 택시 대절해서 최소 50분쯤 가야는데, 좋아히는 사람도 있겠지만 하루이틀 지나면 감옥처럼 느껴짐...

모든것이 perfect.
작은 규모의 호텔이지만 굉장히 모던하고 화려하고 깨끗하고 주변절경과 이어지는 뷰도 아름답습니다.조용하며 특별히 음식은 정말 최고로 맛있습니다.근처 섬으로 가는 무료 섬투어도 참 좋습니다.신랑과 단 둘 밖에 없어서 조용히 잘 놀다 돌아왔습니다.

Perfect hideaway from typical Phuket
Good facility, friendly staff with good communication skills, exquisite food! The only con is location, but I personally liked it as I wanted to avoid typical bustling beach holiday with too many people around. The resort offers many interesting programs and it was nice to have plan b even in rainy day.

최고의 럭셔리 호텔
파통에서 2박을 하고 포인트 야무에서 2박을 하였는데, 뭔가 시끌벅적하고 활기찬 파통의 모습과는 다르게 한적하면서도 여유로운 모습이 좋았다. 동남아 치고는 꽤나 비싼 가격인 만큼 호텔의 시설이나 객실 상태, 룸서비스, 조식 수준, 스태프 등 모든 면에서 훌륭하다. 사진에 많이 나오는 100m 길이의 수영장도 매우 멋짐. 다만 100m 중 실제 성인이 들어가서 물놀이 할 수 있는 곳은 약 1/3 정도이며, 나머지는 수심이 매우 얕다. 단점은 호텔 위치가 푸켓의 메인 관광지랑은 꽤 떨어져 있다보니 주변(호텔 밖)에 걸어서 즐길만한 곳이 거의 없다. 그나마 유명한 식당이 하나 있는 정도. 물론 호텔 안에서도 충분히 놀고 먹고 할 수 있는데다, 호텔에서 제공하는 여러 활동들이 있으니 이를 잘 활용하면 최고의 시간을 보낼 수 있을 듯 하다.

럭셔리어스하고 조용해서 좋음.
푸켓에서 외딴곳에 위치해서 조용함. 호텔 디자인이 감각적이고 여자들이 매우 좋아할 스타일임. 홀로 동떨어진 곳에 위치해서 좋기는 한데, 외출을 계획할 경우 교통편이 애매함. 식사를 호텔내에서 다 해결해야되므로 가격이 좀 많이 비싼 부분은 감수해야함. 전체적 시설, 직원 친절도 등 매우 우수함.

I love the view from my room, the hotel room was comfortable and serene. We enjoyed the hotel room stay and most of all the breakfast! Was worried the breakfast spread and taste will be of sub par but it was actually delicious unique and healthy varieties, and we get to choose ala carte dishes which is made on the spot and it was so delicious. The hotel was away from Phuket town but it was perfect for a quiet getaway. Only thing that was not up to quality was the spa , we found communication was an issue and over priced , the spa masseuse finished the massage in less than an hour as they considered washing hands and legs and changing is part of the hour . We felt a bit disappointed with it even though the massage was excellent.

Please save your hard earned money and don’t waste it on this place. I don’t know in what world this qualifies as a 5 star hotel maybe they paid for the reviews. The rooms and furniture are completely outdated, the view looks nothing like the photos, and the breakfast/food in general at the hotel is extremely limited just bad overall. Luckily my girlfriend and I had a good laugh about how bad this hotel was but I rather not spend over 500 a night for a laugh. The staff was extremely friendly and professional but we were extremely disappointed in everything else. I’ve never left a review in my life especially a bad review but I’ve never felt so scammed in my life. Stay some where else

From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were immediately taken care of by the staff. The staff all took point to know us and what we liked, helped us with transportation to wherever we wanted to go, greeted us every single time we saw them with a big smile and friendly hello. In the bar area, I have to give Feliz top marks, he helped me with some information regarding the area and the place I was going and so sweet about it! Everyone was so great and genuinely nice. We had an amazing room, definitely recommend the Bay King room. The amenities were great, the food was wonderful. I didn't want to leave. I will definitely return to COMO when I come back to Phuket. It was a great trip, but they really made it better by helping us out with information, transportation and really helping us get a solution from a problem we encountered. Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay a couple of extra days for the next flight out. Though they were sold out, they did find us a room and helped us move over to it. They could not have done a better job, the whole staff deserves praise, in every area. This is by far the best hotel experience I have ever had and the lobby to pull up to is amazing and beautiful.

Thsi hotel is lovely. it is in a quiet location and you really chill. The pools are amazing and we have had lovely dinners at both classes. Kids club really good. My daughter spent most of her time ehre, which enabled me to work. Staff are so friendly and helpful, Go out of their way for you.

Como Yamu Point is a really amazing place, overall can't fault it bar perhaps the bar and food was not as good as we have enjoyed elsewhere and the price of wine was very high, partly due to high tax in Thailand.

This hotel is beyond my expectations! I stay at 5 star resorts across the world and this one is top tier! I am so incredibly impressed by the property, the employees, the service, the safety I felt at the property, the ambience, the pools, the suite, etc. The breakfast buffet is to die for and the restaurant food is beyond delicious! This is a must stay!

This is a tough one. The place is beautiful but very secluded and out of the way. There is no real beach which didn’t matter to us but if that is what you are looking for, you will be disappointed. In short, it is at least a half hour cab ride to any other dining or sites. If you just want to hide and relax, at what are North American resort prices, this is the place for you.

ホテルの客室、設備は良いが、、、
COMOスイートに家族で4泊しました。ホテルの客室、設備はこれまで経験したラグジュアリーホテルと遜色ない、若しくはコストパフォーマンスはとても良いと感じた。 残念だったのは、客室案内の担当者の館内の説明が殆ど無く、全般的にホスピタリティが他のラグジュアリーホテルより劣っていたと感じた。またホテル周りにはレストランがない為、館内レストランを使用するしかないが、とても残念ながら、レストランでのホスピタリティの無さ、また、メニューも工夫がなく、日によって同じ物でも味がかなり違うというレベルでとても残念でした。 本当に客室が良いのに残念だなぁ。 あと周りの海では泳いだり出来ない遠浅の泥っぽい浜だったので、ホテルのプールでゆっくりという方向けですね。

Recommended!
Tranquil resort, lovely staff and spacious. A great experience. Will need transport in and out to other places in Phuket (don’t think you can walk to a 7-11 from the resort) but that’s expected for a quiet stay in a 5 star resort. Architecture is amazing and tasteful.
