Dear Guest, It is interesting to see your review especially when you have provided no evidence of cockroaches, bedbugs or any other infestation that you claim are in the apartment. We have very high cleaning standards and all our linen is commercially laundered. As a rle of thumb if you are demanding a refund you need to provide evidence supporting your claim. I investigated your claims myself but found nothing. All your did was demand a refund. We are a service provider and did provide you with accommodation for the nights that you booked. I tried to talk to you about your refund but you threatened me with legal action & complaining to Office of fair trading. Unlike I am happy to provide your with screenshots of your threats to me. Dear Una, I am sorry that your stay was less than enjoyable at Carlton Apartments. Yes the washing machine was broken down and I am waiting on the part however you forgot to mention that I washed your laundry and dried it as well for you. I also offered to wash your laundry during the rest of your stay so you were not put out. Regarding the fan: I had the electrician check both fans and found no fault in the fans so the noise you are talking about it actually the motor running which would cause some noise when it is running. Yes the aircon has a shutoff timer this is to avoid wasting energy and the aircon certainly does not shut off when there is movement in the living room so while you were watching TV it wouldnt have shut off. You advised that the noise from the fan was unbearable on Thursday at 1pm and there was a fan provided to you within hours. So I am not sure how that would have been a relief too late especially when you only complained about it that day?? Also yes housekeeping only comes in once every 7 day stay. We are a serviced apartment which means that the apartments get serviced each week not everyday and the rate that you booked reflects accordingly. Dear Donna Thank you for leaving this feedback. Let me point out that at no time during your stay did you contact me regarding your concerns about the apartment. Had you called me on the emergency number provided I am sure I would have been able to rectify your concerns. When you checked in I advised you that the housekeepers has just left and you will have to wait for at last 30 minutes to ensure the floors are dry.
