The beds are fairly new, our wifi passwords are in the rooms, and we accept pets at the hotel, thus the term pet friendly. We are not a pet focused hotel. Sorry for the confusion.

Sir, I am the one you are leaving a review about. You conveniently left out the fact that YOU were also rude to me and raised your voice to me. I was calmly explaining to you that we are a Hotel collect payment hotel and you still continued to argue with me and when you told me the amount I told you that, that wasn't the amount that you were even charged here you still continued to argue and raise your voice to me. Never once, even after you had went to your room and came back down to the lobby to let me know that you had assumed I double charged you, did you tell me that the room was dirty and in need of repair. If you would have asked about a fridge or a microwave I would have let you know that you could put your insulin in the fridge in the office and let you use the microwave. Also I did let you know that there was a small continental breakfast that included coffee in the lobby each morning. Have the day you deserve, Sir!!

Our economy rooms are indeed on the smaller side. We invite you to try our cabins in the future, they are larger, newer, and have microwaves/fridges. All our sheets are washed after every guest. Thank you for your feedback.

Hi there, thank you for the detailed review. While our fine dining restaurant is only open for dinner, we do have a breakfast restaurant called The Pioneer Kitchen open from 7am-11am located across the highway at the Capitol Reef Resort. This is a busy time of year and we do recommend reservations during peak dinner hours for our fine dining restaurant, as Capitol Reef has become very popular in the last 3 years, it is not the sleepy little town it once was. We are a small business and locally owned, and do not have a 24 hour front desk, thus the reason coffee isn't ready until 7am. Hair dryers are available from the front desk. We will take all your feedback into consideration, have a good day!

An opinion of what a particular person would like something to cost is not the same as what its value is. I'd like to stay at hotels for free when i go on vacation but it seems that the business owners do not agree with my opinion that they should give me free hotel rooms. I assume you looked at the reviews, listed amenities, room pictures, and still made the choice to book a room at this facility? Also, we do not claim to have appliances in the hotel rooms. They're not listed in the amenities or room descriptions.
