Was not happy that we had booked back in November for a girls trip with 2, 2 bedroom rooms only to check in and they not longer available. Makes for a very upset check in upon arrival and disappointment to our trip. Would not recommend again.

When we checked in our room was not made up and we were told no other rooms were available. The front desk then jumped through some hoops and after moving some people around to found us a new room, but only after we said we were leaving. Our room was then very hot and actually many people were complaining to the front desk about their rooms being very hot The next morning we couldn’t eat breakfast because they simply had no plates. They just didn’t seem prepared to have a full house.

The hotel is nice. Clean, safe. Parking was difficult but manageable. I know for a fact the staff stole my chargers I left there but when I called and asked about it after I left they told me they didn’t find them. Overall okay experience.

I checked in late, alone with two small children that want to swim with the team mates that also booked at the hotel and get food. We put our bags in the room only taking enough time to put swimsuits on and leave. Once we got back and I had the chance to look at our room it was dirty everywhere. My youngest child is 3 nonverbal/autistic keeping any 3 year old away from touching anything in that room would have been exhausting! My son wants to see and touch everything it was a very touristy for him to be so limited by me and exhausting for me. Hairs everywhere in the bathroom, nail clippings, dirt clumps and bobby pins were in the room, the outside of air vent was covered in dust. And the bedskirt was beyond gross hair, lint, stains & who knows what else - with that I was told by the manager they are changed out quarterly! There was something spilled on the nightstand and side of bed along with the curtains were even being dirty. I was asked to understand they are doing renovations but the condition of our room had absolutely nothing to do with on going renovations. I was advised I would be refunded for the one night stay but it seems that was swept under the rug. I couldn’t be relocated because of the time of my call and it being only one night stay. Would not recommend.

The place is very nice. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly. All three girls seemed to have an attitude. The curtain in our room had a weird red stain on it. We had a hard time shutting the door to our room and the door to the bathroom didn't completely shut. Other guests were pretty loud. The place is nice and the bed was comfortable though.

Well there was old chicken nuggets, and doritoes behind pull out bed. Shower had hair all in it. They said no house keepibg due to covid. Other than that the stay was ok.

The property is ideally located along the highway with plenty of options for food and shopping. Service is good. Unfortunately the property falls a bit short on cleanliness. Rooms and hallways are not the cleanest and some areas have unpleasant odors.

The best part of my stay was staff is very friendly and helpful. However, they we were warned they are understaffed. The issues i ran into with the Residence Inn: 1) The Pool was under construction. It was completely drained, so it wasn't something that just happened. One of the reasons we chose this place for our stay was a pool for our kids. The site advertised a pool with NO warning it wasn't in working condition. I consider that false advertisement. 2) the workout room had two Treadmills, but only one was in working condition. Also, there weren't any towels in the workout facility to wipe down your sweat. If cleanliness was such a priority due to the Covid-19, This hotel certainly was not on top of being sure germs weren't being spread. At least there were wipes for me to wipe down my machine. 3) Another reason we stayed at the Residence Inn was for the Kitchenette. However, this kitchen was NOT equipped with needed Pots and pans, Coffee Cups, or regular size cups. We had Two frying pans and a large boiling pot. The Pans were filthy with burnt food stuck on the inside and outside of the pans. We werent provided with a sponge nor a Scratcher, so I went to Target across the street to buy cleaning necessities. 4) We stayed in the King size room with a "Large" sofa bed. The sofa bed very small, Thin Mattress, NO EXTRA SHEETS OR BLANKETS were available. We had to get some from another place. Staff said they didn't have enough to go around. Again, The staff was very Friendly.

We chose this hotel for convenience and pet friendly. Imagine walking into a room that smelled of old stale cigarette smoke, burn holes in the carpet, a toilet bowl ring and only 1 remote for 2 tv’s. I understand that the pandemic caused certain amenities to be absent, but this was very disappointing. If it hadn’t been for the event we were there for, we would have left. We did leave 2 days early.

The carpet was dirty & the couch was in bad condition. It was way below the hotels standards, as this is one of my favorite hotels. But not this location..However the staff was excellent, & did a great job handling the problems in a timely manor, with a good attitude & a smile..

I'm a Residence Inn fan anyhow and have been for years. To me they pioneered the Studio apartment feel with a step above added for good measure. This particular property has a strange layout where it seems as if they share parking amenities with the restaurant next door and Housekeeping should pay attention to refreshing the room properly instead of just to get by. I had dirty dishes in the dishwasher and they did not provide another dishwasher detergent pod when refreshing the room, neither did the counter or cupboard shelves look as if they had been cleaned. I ended up going to get my own cleaning products. Neither did the carpet look as though it had been vacuumed, it wasn't blatant but it was noticeable. I could go on but I'll stop here. It wasn't terrible but for the reputation Residence Inn has had down through the years, this was unacceptable. I did enjoy my stay, not alot of outside disturbances and the Staff was wonderful, Housekeeping needs to be more attentive to rooms.

The room was nice. The bed was so comfy. When i arrived they said i was upgraded because the room i requested was taken. I dont know what they upgraded though. Same room but no stand alone table. I planned a catered meal so this room disappointed me. Also was charged an extra 26 bucks which wasn't what hotels.com quoted me. There was dirt, dust and food particles behind the nightstands. I only saw because i was looking for something. Housekeeping should do a better job of checking those spots. Front desk said "bar is open from 5 to 10 but if you dont want anything, im not opening it". A little unprofessional i think. Paid 176 for one night, the room wasn't worth that price but oh well. Definitely can hear the sounds of highway. We had fun though.

The room needed to be properly cleaned the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain. The bed looked like a 10 year old made it. The window seal had big spider webs and pet hair the couch had pet hair along the rim and trash behind the couch there was popcorn at the head of the bed on one side and chips on the other. When spoke with Gm he didn’t even discount me he just said he would speak with housekeeping. When I left out the room the housekeeper smelled of cigarettes and when I went to the car all of housekeeping was outside smoking cigarettes and that’s the reason they are half cleaning. The room inspector should of caught all of that! I brung my own hair dryer from home and thank goodness I did because there wasn’t one there and only one remote for 2 TVs

Wonderful stay while here.
Wonderful hotel with a great staff. My wife and I had a beautiful kitchen suite. We stayed here about a month and a half ago and loved it. We decided to return for almost a two week stay and had a great stay again. We will continue to stay here when we have to be in town from now on.

The staff and room were great. However, allowing guests to use the fire pit all night long is not acceptable. Partiers were out and loud until after 3:00 AM! Ask for a room well away from the fire pit. Also the hallway outside my room smelled like tuna/ wet dog in the morning.

Check in great, great staff, gross room. Smelling of pot in halls, they didn’t seem to vacuum and I went through and clorox the counters etc. I had a head ache from the loudness above me and in the halls. I was too tired to go complain. The air worked great and filtered the sound some. Upon leaving sheriff and two emt on scene and not sure what for. Won’t stay again.
