I was leery because of the reviews, however, my stay was perfect. My room was large and very clean. The staff and front desk were very courteous and professional. I’d definitely stay there again when I return.

For handicapped travelers roll in shower was doable but did not have any vertical safety bars and toilet was standard height. Bathroom was roomy.

Hotel is under renovations- we knew this. However, we were there for 4 nights and our room wasn’t serviced once. I was able to ask maid for extra towels, but sheets never changed and trash never emptied. By the time we got back to hotel each evening to find our room hadn’t been serviced, we were ready for bed.we ended up having to leave extra trash outside our door because it was overflowing in our room. Expected more from a Marriot property.

Our room had not been refreshed with towels, hand towels, etc or beds made. I called down after the 3rd day. I was told rooms were only checked/cleaned, garbage emptied, towels refreshed, beds made every 4 days. I would have to come down if I needed towels because he was on the phone. I walked right on down. He was on his cell phone talking and continued to talk while walking around getting towels and other items I needed. Beds were not made the next day. (The 4th day) but they did empty trash and bring in towels and coffee. Our room also had a really unpleasant smell.

Front desk clerk was rude, walls are thin and could hear everything next door guests were doing, maids had materials in the walkway and could barely get by.

This property was quiet. It was very clean. The staff was amazing. They offer food and drinks at extravagant prices. And, although there were posted times to order food and drinks, there was no consistency. Looks recently remodeled with the exception of the carpet. The carpet is very worn out, old and dirty. That was the only major problem I had with this property.

Bad with the Good
The bathroom needs attention. The paper is starting to peel from the wall and there appears to be a trace of mold in the bathroom. Two of the light fixtures did not work and when I asked the front desk about it, he said he would notify maintenance the next day. Did not offer to give me replacement bulbs or move me to another room. The lady working at the bar was very nice and the lady who checked me in was as well.

Place was great the light above the bathroom sink was out so i did my makeup and hair in the room and the plug in to do my hair kept shutting off i think we just got a bad room the place was pretty good

First of all the person at the front desk answering the phone was amazing. She was there on 12/3 around 6:30pm. I forgot her name. I called to make sure my reservation went through as I booked from a third party. She confirmed then call back to inform me the agency missed up. She had my kids room ready when they got there. Room was clean and nice. They had an amazing stay on their road trip.

This was our first stay at Courtyard Marriott in Pearl MS. It was a very pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for us. The hotel’s ambiance is great. Our room had a really good shower and it had a very comfortable bed. All this was perfect for travelers who have been on the road for eight hours…Thank you!

Really enjoying my stay so far. Check-in was seamless. The room is very clean and smells amazing and is also nicely decorated. I love that the TV offers streaming options so I get to watch my favorite shows without using my phone or laptop. Lots of nearby options for food. If I’m ever in this area again I’d definitely stay here.

Checked in on a Sunday and checked out on a Wednesday… room was suppose to be cleaned on the second day, but I did not receive any room service/housekeeping at all. I had to go downstairs to get a new set of towels.
