Dear Mario, We apologize for the negative experience you had while you stayed here. We have already made sure these issues are not repeated in the future.

The guest had reserved an economy single room in the hotel. When he arrived he said he must have a quiet room away from the street. Unfortunately the guest did not make the request before he arrived and there were no available rooms from the category he reserved. When offered a different room for an extra fee he said he will not pay and threatened the hotel with a bad review. After agreeing to provide him bigger room for free he began to complain because he did not want to pay the tax. He told the receptions he was recording him and making a scene to avoid paying the tax. In the end he paid but he did not stop berating the receptionist.
