I lost 400 pound. My roommate lost 500 Euro. In other words, hotel stole our money. It is 100% clear and I agree I should be careful. However all hotels I experienced was safe only this hotel has a serious security problem. Very bad

We were only here one night on our way to France. A pleasant hotel room and friendly staff on the desk. We tried to book a night for our return trip one week later but were told the hotel would no longer be open .

Fine but nothing to rave about
Reception area seems smarter than rest of hotel. Our standard room was very small and tired looking. Comfy bed, good shower, wash hand basin was blocked but quickly fixed. Breakfast was standard buffet style and perfectly fine. Staff were friendly and efficient. We chose hotel for convenience to Euston Station but wouldn’t choose location otherwise

Nobody told us the hotel was closing on the day of check out until we asked if we could have a late check out. This was obviously refused and we had to spend a lot of money on a taxi and left luggage at euston station.

One night in London
Room very small especially to sit and dry hair. Bathroom tiny. Only one night stay which is ideal for this purpose. Very clean and food and bar open late breakfast selection excellent and well worth the money. Would definitely stay again.

Dirty and run down
The tile in the bathroom had mold in all of the grout and was cracked. The sink did not drain. The shower tiles were rusted. The bathroom door itself looked 100 years old and falling apart. The TV didn't work. The floor creak like you're going to fall through. My keycard stopped working the 2nd night.

Abgewohntes Hotel
Wir waren für 4 Tage bzw. 3 Nächte in dem Hotel. Es war sehr abgewohnt, nur die Lobby, die Bar und Das Restaurant waren restauriert. Was mich sehr störte für ein 4 Sterne Hotel, es gab keine Mini Bar. Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich, konnte nach drei Tagen kein Rührei und Spiegelei mehr sehen. Aber es war für 12 Pfund ok. Das Hotel soll mittlerweile von der Regierung aufgekauft worden sein, es wird abgerissen weill dort und auf dem Grundstück von IBIS Hotel etwas anderes gebaut werden soll.

Our room was located farthest from the lift so the wifi is a bit slower, but the front desk staff has more than compensated for it for their friendly and professional manner. allowed us to have late check-out till 17:30 as our flight is at 22:00. Sad to have found out Thistle Euston Hotel will be torn down soon.

ユーストン駅利用の際にぴったり
翌朝、早朝出発だったのでユーストン駅近くのこちらの宿を選びました。駅からは近いのですが、人通りが少ない道なのでちょっぴり心細かった。清潔な部屋は広く、バスタブ付きのバスルームも明るく使いやすかった。スタッフもフレンドリーでとてもよかった。またユーストン駅を起点にするときはぜひ利用したい。

Close to train station. Excellent breakfast,
The walls in the rooms are paper thin. The room was very clean. However if you prefer face cloths for bathing, you better take your own. Food in the bar is not that great but the breakfast is. Front desk staff very nonchalant.

Overnight stay at thistle
It was great, check in was easy, rooms clean. Flew in on a red eye from NYC stayed overnight to catch the first train to Paris, thistle made the transition easy.

Nice hotel
Great location, next to Euston Station, check in was quick and the room was lovely, lots of storage, water was provided which was a nice touch, tea & coffee provided with a variety of teas, asked for extra tea & milk which was provided. After checking out luggage was stored free of charge which was a bonus. The only disappointing thing about our stay that may stop me staying here again was that our room 321 was right next to the service lift so from very early in the morning we got the banging of the cage door. I didnt come to London to get up at the crack of dawn I came to enjoy the night life! This room in my opinion should not be given to paying guests! If you stay here ask not to be put in this room unless you don't mind not getting any sleep.

Nice hotel, but traffic noise kept me awake
Whether or not you enjoy your stay here could be dependant on whether you are sensitive to traffic noise or not. I am a light sleeper and I did not a get a wink of sleep last night due to the traffic noise coming from Hampstead road. I asked to be moved twice but despite Gerald trying his best to find me a quiet room by moving me up a floor, I was still kept awake by traffic noise. If you are not bothered by noise or are a heavy sleeper though, you should be fine. Aside from this the hotel is very nice. The rooms were clean and although the kettle and tea were bizarrely hidden away in the draw, the welcome biscuits were a nice touch. Most of the staff I encountered were very nice and eager to help. Gerald was extremely helpful, even going to the extent or looking up a location for me on his iphone and moving me to double room when I only booked a single. Also Eriola who organised a pizza to be made extra quick as we were in a hurry! A thoroughly nice hotel but a bit too noisy for me.

Fantastic location, just round the corner from Euston station. Friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are a bit small but if you're only looking to spend a bit of time there it's fine.

Great hotel!
I was just in London for a layover. This hotel isn't close to the airport but I wanted something centrally located so I could see the sites. With the underground and the heathrow express, it was easy to get to the hotel. The hotel was very modern looking and everyone was so nice! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Generally good - not quite a 4 star.
Location was good for our needs. We were worried it would be noisy due to the close proximity to Euston Station but we couldn't hear any external noise from our room. The room was fairly standard, not what we were expecting of a 4* hotel, but the bed was very comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. The bathroom was tiny, to the point that an overweight person might have struggled to use it. We were pleased with the slightly later check-out time of 12 noon as we knew we would be having a late night, but were annoyed when staff knocked on our door at around 9.30am to see if they could service the room. We didn't have breakfast or use the restaurant or bar facilities so can't comment on those, but the reception area was really nice and the reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

Fonctionnel... comme une usine
Si vous cherchez un hôtel à proximité de la gare de Saint Pancras (15 mn à pied) et n'êtes pas regardant sur l'environnement, cet hôtel offre un bon rapport qualité prix. Il fait face à un mur aveugle qui longe les quais de la gare de Euston Road, et le parc mitoyen n'est actuellement (début septembre 2017) pas accessible et caché par une palissade. Bref, c'est moche et triste, même en plein soleil. L'hôtel lui-même est une véritable usine à chambres : on fait des kilomètres de couloirs pour rejoindre la sienne. Ma chambre simple standard était petite et sans vue, comme c'est souvent le cas dans ce quartier (mis à part les hôtels haut de gamme de type Renaissance ou Pullman), mais propre et bien équipée (café, fer à repasser, produits de salle de bain...). Le petit déjeuner est bon marché (12 £), copieux (full English breakfast) mais pas très savoureux. En résumé : fonctionnel, mais à éviter pour un séjour de charme à Londres.

Not good
Next to Euston but very dated and a bit grim around at night, building site next door for hs2 and normal traffic /sirens but unfortunately the windows are old single glazed and poorly lock so very noisy, raised it at check out as had asked for quiet room, would not stay again premier Inn would have been quieter and smarter
