교통의 요지
호텔바로앞에 지하철, 여러방향으로 갈 수있는 트램, 버스정류장이 있어 이동하기 편리합니다. 길 건너면 LiDL 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. City Tax에 대한 안내를 호텔 홈페이지에서 못봤는데 Check-in할때 City -Tax를 따로 지불하였습니다. 물은 전혀 제공되지 않으니 따로 사먹어야 합니다. 화장실 수압좋습니다. 겨울에는 살짝 추울것같아요.

The property is lovely and staff gracious. Location was a little farther away from Old Town than I had hoped.

This hotel suffers hugely from a lack of updating. Who has a shower with only a 14" shower door??? The entire bathroom gets wet while you stand in the shower trying to keep warm. The air conditioning in the room doesn't work at all. The bathtub stopper was broken. The breakfast is a zoo, with children running everywhere screaming. Virtually nothing healthy at breakfast, and all the eggs are undercooked to the point of being raw, which is dangerous. This is definitely NOT a hotel for Americans; only Eastern Europeans would tolerate this low standard. It's only positive point is that it is near a Metro stop, but still 25 minutes ride to any site.

Very nice hotel. Looks luxurious and is very clean. A bit far from old town to walk (about an hour), but cheap uber and the tram was right in front of the building. Nice restaurants nearby and a Lidl in front. Check in was super easy and we were able to check in early while we waited for the other half of our party to arrive later in the evening.

Tolle Hotel für einen Städtetrip/Kurzurlaub. Das Essen war klasse und die Zimmer vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Anbindung zur Straßenbahn, Bus und U-Bahn optimal. Das Hotel kann man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic hotel for exploring Prague
Fantastic hotel to explore Prague. Directly next to the metro means the centre of Prague is just 10 mins away. Room was spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and presented perfectly. We ate at both restaurants, the buffet and the ground floor restaurant- both were excellent. Great bar/lobby area which offers live music throughout the day was the icing on the cake!

Très bel hôtel, très bonne prestation personnelle, très courtois. Dommage qu’il ne parle pas français restaurant très bien. Très bon mériterait un peu plus haut-de-gamme sur le service et les prestations. Hôtel très positif dans l’ensemble

Dejligt hotel
Don Giovanni hotel Prag Er et dejligt hotel at bo på, det har sporvognene og metro lige uden for døren så det er let at komme ind til centrum. Fortræffelig morgenmad. Hyggeligt med pianisten som spiller hver dag.
Flot juletræ, selvfølgelig sæson 🎄 men det hygger

Stedet i foyeren hvor pianisten spiller musik næsten alle kender hverdag ca kl 9.00-21.00

I couldn’t fault it if I tried. Top class service from very attentive staff members. Close enough to all amenities that you can get about without issues; yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be a quiet place to relax. Overall a fantastic hotel which made our experience of Prague even more enjoyable

This four-star hotel has a lot of pluses: good breakfast buffet, d cent executive lounge, nice bar with live music, and a good restaurant. The room we stayed in was small but had a nice view of the city. Water pressure is fire hose grade. The minuses include stuffy interior and very slow room cleaning (as late as 4pm on some days).

Best stay in Prague
It was my 2nd stay this year, everything is perfect, great price. I would always go with the executive room, you have access to the executive lounge with great views, free drink and snack choices from 10 - 10. location is great with a metro stop next door, in summer I even used public transportation from the airport for less than $5 and just 10 minutes longer than the $50 airport car pickup.

Verkehrsgünstig etwas abseits des Zentrums gelegen, aber eben mit U-Bahn und Straßenbahn direkt vorm Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich, man ist für jede Frage offen. Zimmer groß, hell und gut eingerichtet. Frühstück ist top, mit glutenfreiem Angebot.

Overall good but with some unfavourable points
Overall condition is acceptable. Service is not good. Especially the front desk , they always pull a long face and not willing to give you a little bit more useful advice even when we asked for the closest metro station. The breakfast quality is no good, for example the juices are diluted with water and the food is not of good quality as you can buy from the supermarket. We don’t prefer to come the next morning though it was all included in our rental.

Don G always a winner
Don Giovanni is ideally located. It has easy access to both the trams, buses and Metro system. Both the breakfast and dinner buffet is outstanding The lobby and downstairs bar is lovely. The staff are helpful and polite. I found the breakfast buffet staff to be particularly cordial and welcoming. But the front desk and cleaning staff was excellent too. There is nearby shopping at Flora Mall. Numerous dining options are close. There is easy access to any part of the city.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Executive lounge was nice but very limited selection of snacks and beer. Elevators were old and often took way too long to arrive. Room was clean and cozy and comfortable except that the king bed was actually 2 twin beds pushed together. Only a third of the shower was enclosed so water sprayed on the floor every time. Maid service was good. Lobby area was fantastic.
