This was the MOST DISGUSTING RATS NEST I HAVE EVER SEEN.
I checked in.
Waited 15 minutes to get the front desk to answer the phone. I was told to go down a driveway and under a garage. Sit there and she would be out.
She brought out the paperwork and was pleasant.
We waited 15 minutes for the only operating elevator.
Got to our room, opened the door, almost had a heart attack!
The kitchen was first. MOLD AROUND THE SINK, NASTY BLACK STUFF IN THE SINK (mold?) COLD NASTY COFFEE IN THE COFFEE POT THAT LOOKED LIKE IT HADNT BEEN TOUCHED IN 2 YEARS!, BROKEN CABINET HALF HANGING.
past the little threshhold that was rotting, to the couch, it had the cushions hanging half off, rips and some very unsterile pillows.
Next to the couch was a bed.
I looked at the bed and it HAD BEEN USED! On the top wrinkled sheets and pillowcases. DRIED BLOOD!, DRIED FLUIDS!, ANDLOTS OF BLACK HAIRS!!
I WAS MORTIFIED! Im running out of space if you want to see pictures i am more than happy to send them as i have already via internet support, who has not replied!
Called the desk immediately. She said she would send housekeeping when i asked for a clean room.
Contacted fd to tell them we are leaving explaining why, requesting a refund. She said ok. Never answered another call
I emailed them and never received a reply
I booked the first 5 star hotel and got tf out.
Should be condemned and if im sick within the next 14 days, they will be responsible for my medical needs. I have contacted the DOH & BBB
