Currently undergoing a remodel that is obviously being done by the lowest bidder. Our room didn’t have towels so I went to get some and the towel my wife grabbed from the shower may or may not have been used to clean a crime scene in the past. The guy working the front seemed okay by telling me there was no issue with me canceling my second night until the next day when I reached out to hotels.com about my refund. The website needed the guys name to confirm my refund had been approved and he refused to give it to me. Hotels.com had to call the hotel themselves to confirm my second night had been canceled just adding another unnecessary step in the process. Anyone giving this place good reviews must have never stayed in a decent hotel.
