위치, 시설의 깨끗함과 안락함이 공존했던 나에게 완벽할 만큼 좋았던 숙박!
숙박시설에 대한 한국인 후기가 많지 않아 고민을 많이 하다 예약한 곳입니다. 좀 깨끗한 시설이면서(4.5성급 수준) 중심가 가까이 있고 가격대가 너무 높지 않았으면 좋겠다 생각했는데... 결론 전 너무너무 만족했습니다. 명품 거리인 콜린스 스트리트에 있고 중심으로부터 트램으로 2정거장 거리 정도됩니다. 당근 무료 트램존 내에 있기도 하고.. 걸어도 몇분 안걸리는 거리지만 공짜라 일부러 트램 이용 많이 했구요 ㅋ.... 데이투어 출발하는 곳이나 카페거리 야라강변 모두 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있고 중앙과의 거리 괜찮아서 시내 구경 중에는 점심 때 한번씩 호텔에 들어와 쉴 수 있어 좋았습니다. 참... 네플릭스가 연결되어 있어서 한국에서 못본 드라마도 보고 저녁 늦은 시간도 너무 편안하고 행복했습니다. 방청소는 3일에 한번 이라고 하지만... 저 같은 경우는 하루만 빼고는 방정리를 해줬구요~ (복도에서 만났는데 청소해줄까 물어보길래 내일해줘 라고 했더니 계속 정리 잘해주더라구요...) 또 아파트먼트형이라 세탁기(세제도 비치되어 있음), 다리미, 싱크대(조리가능) 모두 구비되어 있어서 저는 퀸 빅토리아 마켓에서 과일정도 사 놓고 먹었습니다만 동행이 있었다면 고기사다가 비프스테이크도 해 먹기 너무 좋았을 것 같아요... 원룸형이긴 하지만 배드룸과 거실이 TV로 분리되어 있는데 TV가 360도 돌아가서 거실에 있을때 침대에 있을때 편안하게 TV를 시청할 수 있습니다. 완전 짱! 24시간 프론트를 운영하지 않아도 익스프레스 체크아웃 (방 열쇠를 통에 넣으면 됨)이 가능하므로 불편함도 없습니다. 다음에 또 멜번을 여행한다면 이 숙박시설을 이용하는데 절대 주저하지 않을 것 같아요...

편리한 위치, 넓고 쾌적한 객실
대로변과 후면 객실의 가격차가 있긴하겠지만 후면의 객실은 옆건물의 뒷면과 마주함 전망이 없음 전망을 제외하고는 모든면이 만족스러움 넓고 쾌적하고 시내어디로 가던 위치상 가까운 장점이 있는 괜찮은 아파트먼트 호텔임

멜버른의 분위기를 닮은 호텔
클래식한 외관의 건물은 호텔이 위치한 콜린스거리와 멜버른의 분위기를 잘 담고 있습니다. 객실은 그와 반대로 현대적이고 깔끔한 인테리어의 편리한 공간이었습니다. 메자닌 식사공간은 넓진 않지만, 사람이 많지 않아 좋았습니다.

추천합니다.
3박4일 머무는 동안 만족했습니다. 아파트형 호텔이라 공간이 넓다는게 특히 좋았습니다. 바로 옆에 술을 같이 판매하는 마트가 있어서 편했습니다. 주방시설이 있다보니 스테이크 구입해서 구워먹을 수 있다는 점도 좋았습니다. 번화가 또는 트램 타는 곳까지 두 블럭 정도 떨어져 있다는 점은 참고하세요. 따로 얘기를 하지 않으면 룸 청소를 사흘에 한번씩 해준다고 체크인할 때 얘기해줍니다. 중간중간에 수건 교체 해달라고 얘기를 해야 합니다. 조식은 종류가 크게 많진 않지만 필요한 음식은 다 있습니다.

위치도 좋았고 호텔도 전반적으로 좋았습니다. 6박 머물면서 불편한 점 없었던 것 같아요. 직원들도 친절했습니다. 다만 한가지 아쉬운점은 하우스키핑이 3일마다 였던 점입니다 그것 빼고는 다 좋았고, 다음에도 또 묵고싶은 호텔입니다!

Our stay at The Treasury on Collins was absolute epic in its perfection. From the minute we checked in at the front desk with Carl until check out, everything was above and beyond our expectations. Carl kindly treated us to beverages when we arrived way too early. People can make all the difference and this is especially true for Treasury on Collins: Carl and Haries are Ambassadors of Hospitality. These two gentlemen added so much to our trip from making sure our suite was perfect to acting as our personal concierges and travel advisors. We followed their recommendations and reaped the benefits. Our suite was always spotless and stocked with everything we needed. The Housekeeping staff is truly top notch. The Chef provided an outstanding, delicious hot breakfast buffet every day. The other staff at breakfast always made sure we had everything we needed and cheerfully kept everything well stocked and clean. The complimentary “happy hour” (aka Wine Down) was such a treat. We looked forward to it everyday to the point we tried hard not to miss it. We especially enjoyed our chats with Haries at Happy Hour. The location of the hotel was excellent for access to all we wanted to see. The size of the suite was impressive as were all of the amenities it contained. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it a few days. Kudos to Treasury on Collins, Carl, Haries, Andrew and all of the team there. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone.

TOC is reliable a place to stay as any in Melbourne CBD. They have a good breakfast every morning on the mezzanine level, as well as a wine down each evening between 4 and 6pm. Note though if have not booked directly through their website only your first drink is free. The rooms are clean and neat and well appointed.

Great value for a comfortable stay close enough to everything yet providing a peace and quiet retreat. The building is old which means the walls are thick and rooms are well distanced. I never heard any of the neighbors, and since my room was not street facing, the lack of street noise outshined the lack of view. Other highlights: free Netflix, free breakfast, beverages and snacks available throughout the day, the wine down wine tasting, Molten Brown toiletries, comfy couch and chairs, and friendly staff. Can improve: the elevated floor in the bed area makes some sounds when walking in certain areas. The vent cover above the toilet was not aligned well making whooping sound but I was able to adjust it myself so problem solved

The hotel is conveniently located in the CBD area. Shopping areas, train stations and tram stops are easy to access. Staff are friendly, accomodating and approachable. Loved it!

AMAZING. A fantastic historic building in the centre of the City. Check in from Alisha was great and all the staff we talked to and met were professional and knowledgeable. The room was amazing and felt 7 star with some nice touches. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting sophistication at a reasonable price.

Lovely apartment/hotel within the old bank building. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you need to stay on a travelling trip. There is a kitchenette if you want to dine in with microwave, hob, coffee machine, fridge. Plus a washer/dryer which was super helpful for catching up with washing. Breakfast had plenty of choice and much was offered including cooked breakfast, pastries, chai pudding, Bircher, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt plus make your own pancake machine! You could also go grab a tea/coffee/soft drink plus some snacks anytime before 10pm which was a nice bonus. Definitely recommend ‘Treasury on Collins’ as a fab place to stay in Melbourne.
