The proximity to the airport was the reason we booked the room. But since it was a resort we thought it would be nice. Wrong! This place is extremely run down and needs a complete remodel. The bathroom shower tub leaked all over the floor from the bottom. It’s was ridiculous. The furniture and bedding was scratchy and very uncomfortable. We will not stay here again.

Air con leaked Balcony door didn’t open easy as scraped floor No lights in the ceiling - dark Only one reading light worked Power cuts Fridge didn’t work well Bidet sprayed out the toilet Asked for a double bed got two singles (hotel was half empty, had an empty double bed room next door the whole time I was there) Food was nice though :)

Convenient for airport - only 5 minutes drive. Great for late flight in. Restaurant open 24/7. And reasonable prices. Swimming pool and sauna and spa facilities. Room comfortable and spacious but a little dated. Good aircon. Staff English is limited but we got by. Good breakfast. Booked 2 rooms. Great value for money as spa facilities included.

Don’t stay here
The spa was awful with tired dirty steam rooms and sauna. A musty smell in the Turkish Bath and the hot tub not even full. The Ac in the bedroom wasn’t working well and so opened the patio door to get some air and then the sound of airplanes kept us awake all night. Service in the restaurant was terrible and the food wasn’t worth eating.

Good for a late night stopover from Dalaman airport, only a 5 min 100 lira taxi ride. Efficient checkin and check out and rooms large but unfortunately tired and could do with a refurbishment at some point.

Stayed one night before a flight. The hotel is really nice good facilities indoor pool looks amazing. We had dinner option and it was excellent, lots of choice and a great price. Room was clean and tidy with black-out curtains. We could have done with an extra pillow. Unfortunately for us the toddler in the next room screamed most of the night so I didn't get much sleep.

The lobby and restaurant are beautiful, but the rooms are incredibly dated and grubby. They advertise a shuttle, but there is none The breakfast buffet is very nice, excellent choices. I was, after a long day of travel, excited to have a bath, but the water on the highest temperature never got past luke warm, very disappointing.

Good 1 night stay
Over experience for 1 night stay good. Staff amazing and couldn’t do enough to help you. Room basic a little dated but clean shower pressure good.. facilities good.. overall happy experience.. buffet food ok but can order from menu also reasonably priced.

Great pre flight stay
The hotel was cleaned to a high standard. We had a leak in the bathroom. Our room was instantly changed. The staff were extremely helpful once we pointed out the issue. We are looking forward to staying here again soon.

Expedia showed price/night as $13 but changed to $45 when we booked. Decent hotel for quick getaway to airport. Front desk staff helpful and good English.

Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım, sıcak su, temizlik, personel ilgisi gayet yeterliydi. Kahvaltısı da oldukça güzeldi. Sadece odalardaki kahveler ve kahvaltıdaki kahve çok dandikti, böyle bir otel için ben olsam kaliteli bir markayı tercih ederdim normalde benim için çok önemli kahve ama 2 gece için pek önemsemedim. Konum olarak havaalanına yakın olması ve Dalyan, Köyceğiz, Ortaca ve Göcek'in tam ortasında olması ile aracınız varsa gezileriniz için harika bir nokta. Bence olumsuz diyebileceğim tek detay şu: belki hamama girerim diye (hiç de sevmem normalde ne diye indiysem) bakmak için gittiğimde karanlık ve zemin katta görevli personelin üzerinde sadece peştemal midir nedir onunla karşılaması ve bilgi vermesi oldu. Sezon sakinliğinden olsa gerek ürkütücüydü bence. Personel kıyafeti olsa daha nezih ve düzgün bir görüntü olabilirdi. Hamama girmek üzere olan bir dayıyı yolda durdurup sormuşum gibi hissettim, herhalde o girecekti hamama. Sonuç olarak gayet güzel otel tekrar kalınır, hamama spaya falan inmek isteyen de kendi bilir.

My massage from Ramazan at their spa was the best in my entire life. The staff could not have been nicer. It is 3 minute taxi ride to the airport, but the planes never kept us awake. The hallway carpet is a bit tired, but the rooms are spotless as is the swimming pool and gym with a helpful trainer there to help you. Breakfast was superlative. The cost was in the region of 40 dollars a night so it is great value for money. If key cards occasionally don’t work, so what.

Staff are very friendly & helpful, it’s a big reception & pool area is lovely. We were here for 1 night prior to an early flight & it was perfect for that purpose. We chose to have dinner at night but the food was very poor.

The electrical system in the unit we stayed in didnt shut off a light. It was suposed to shut off when the main switched was turned but didnt. Therefore, the entire night we slept in the light. Furthermore, the bed was a rock. They gave my husband and myself twin beds to sleep on.

It’s an OK place to land at right after one has landed at Dalaman Airport. The breakfast buffet is actually excellent, so I would recommend it to those who don’t want to drive after exhausting flights

Easy to find. Friendly, efficient check in. Carpets have seen better days. Temperamental electronic key card. Room only had two small bed lights by way of illumination. Could have done with two more pillows. Good choice of breakfast, large airy dining room. Clean. We only stayed overnight but will stay again.

Bad very bad experience.. When you need to order in 24/7 restaurant you have to look for staff and find them. This is ridiculus. Food is below average for a hotel. It feels like a low quality fast food restaurant. Prices are low. I think they just have the wrong mindset for managing this hotel. Low prices in the property (not hotel staying cost) and low quality service.

Ich habe vor 4 Tagen vor meiner Ankunft ein Zimmer für eine Nacht gebucht. Nachdem ich im Hotel angekommen war, konnte das Hotelpersonal meine Buchung nicht im System finden. Obwohl ich meine Buchungsbestätigung per E-Mail und über die Expedia-App vorgezeigt habe, wurde sie nicht akzeptiert. Mir wurde gesagt, ich solle mich selbst an Expedia wenden, um dieses Problem zu lösen. Obwohl ich sagte, dass Expedia ihr Partnerunternehmen ist und ich nur ein Kunde bin, ignorierten die Mitarbeiter, was ich sagte. Ich habe mehr als 2 stunde zeit im Loby verloren. Ich wollte nur eine Nacht bleiben und mich entspannen. Ich kam um 16:00 Uhr an. und konnte erst um 18:30 Uhr einchecken. Ich habe das Hotel wegen des Spas und der Massage ausgewählt. Durch diesen Zeitverlust habe ich auch meinen Massagetermin verpasst.

Quite close to the airport. No shuttle bus as it was advertised. Under direct approach path of landing aircrafts. Sauna and pool facilities looked warn out. Vary hot at hotel corridors. AC only in rooms

Easy going hotel near Dalaman airport
Nice hotel close to the airport. We didn´t have time to use the pool and the spa, but it looked nice, and we would have, if we had find the time to. Nice and spacius room, and we used the roomservice, wich was nice. I can recommend the hotel, even for a longer stay.

Felt old and rundown
We chose this hotel as it was conveniently situated between Dalaman City and the Airport, and it was stated that they offered a free airport transfer. However, there was no airport transfer available to us and we had to make our own way there, which we found very misleading. Carpet throughout the hotel looked dirty and worn. The pool wasn't clean, there was bird muck on the furniture and flooring, and the spa area didn't appear to be open at all. There were no staff at the bar so you had to go searching for them to order food and drink. However, they had no idea how to use the coffee machine. Breakfast buffet was ok with a standard selection that would suit most people.
