1st class stay at beachmount appartment
We had a lovely stay at the beachmount apartments. The accomodation was 1st class, very clean and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. When we are back that way we will definitely try to book there again.

The apartment was extremely well appointed - everything we needed was provided. Impeccably clean. There was parking for each apartment although we parked on the road as it is a little tricky to get out onto the road. A lovely touch that milk and welsh cakes were there on arrival. Although we didn't meet the owner, I had great communication via e mail. Only a short walk to the main part of town. Well situated for visiting places such as Bodnant Gardens, Conwy Castle and LLandudno. We would return if ever back in the area.

Clean and Comfortable
Very comfortable and clean. Lovey and warm on the chillier days and nights. Only negative is the amount of crockery and cutlery, along with missing a few kitchen items.

Perfect place to spend your long weekend around the area. The place is spacious, clean, with good basic kitchen amnenities.. adefinetly recommend it.

Clean, well fitted out appartment (6). Really nice lounge / kitchen with big bay windows, comfy couch and chair, TV, tables etc. Fully fitted kitchen, microwave, fridge freezer which we did use and a cooker, which we didn't. plenty room to move about. Downstairs to twin bedroom and bathroom, well fitted, big built in wardrobe space, cupboards etc, comfy beds. Good shower, room to move. Great location, 2 minutes walk to COOP and loads of other shops. Nice walk along to either Colwyn Bay, about 20 minutes to the centre or, Llandudno, about 50 minutes to the centre. Bus, No.12 every 12 minutes in both directions up until nearly midnight through the week. Excellent property, great location, glad we found it!

Great Apartment.
Great place to stay, clean and very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Good location with shops, restaurants and laundrette within few minutes walk. Would definitely stay again.

nice quite area near sea.
felt like Home from Home. I even took my carpet slippers! lots of space in all rooms. The only thing (for us) was the small shower/toilet.in the bedroom.in the middle of the night. waking each other up. May be its the old age creeping up to soon.

It is difficult to find any fault with this property. The spacious apartment is well equipped and convenient for local shops,restaurants and sea front.Highly recommended.

Happy and Clean, Great Location
Although an older property, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and the modern plumbing/appliances. We were very impressed with the standard of cleanliness. It has been a long time since we stayed in a hotel where we felt comfortable that everything was properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Everything you could need in a kitchen was provided. Lots of tourist pamphlets, maps, books, playing cards, extra blankets as well. Convenient location for seafront, town, and driving to Snowdonia. The proprietor, Rachel, was absolutely lovely and arranged for our late arrival without a hitch. 2 small criticisms: in late October, even with the radiators turned all the way up, it was freezing. Also, we had thought we only needed to top up electricity once during our stay but ended up having to do so daily, as it would cut out. Overall, though, we were very satisfied with the home-like environment and would certainly stay again if we return to the area.

Great location to see North Wales
Enjoyable short family break. Accommodation was great, lots of thought has gone into the the bits and bobs you might need when away, but can often forget!!

Great apartment in perfect location near the beach
A very clean and spacious apartment with all required amenities. Could do with a bit of modernising but it is fine for a break. Owner very accommodating with free parking to the front of the property.

Wonderful accommodation for an active holiday
We stayed three nights in this spacious, two-bedroom, two bathroom bungalow, which also had two sitting rooms. As a family of four we felt well accommodated. There was plenty of common space, but also a separate room for everyone when we needed solitude. The bathrooms were clean and modern, the kitchen fully equipped and also clean. We intended the visit to involve much biking, and we were even given shed space to store our rental bikes.

Lovely apartmant close to the beach
We had a lovely stay at this apartmant. It's very close to the beach and not a long drive to Snowdonia. Very clean and looked after. We had a great time here!

Fantastic apartment and great value. Photos don't do it justice, number 4 has a great kitchen, large lounge, upstairs to large bedroom and nice bathroom with big shower. Felt like a home. Quiet too, didn't notice any noise from other apartments or outside. Very close to the beach, cafe's, pubs and shops. Would definitely recommend. My daughter's 15 & 17 and me would stay again 😍 x

lovely weekend in rhos-on-sea
Brilliant weekend,2mins from beach, 2mins for buses rhyl,Colwyn bay or Llandudno they run every 20mins. Nice welcoming people everywhere we went. Just round the corner on the prom, lovely little anglers social club very kind n welcoming. Will be booking again.

Great Holiday Apartment
Well equipped nice holiday apartment. The apartment was very comfortable for two persons. Its located just next to the sea in a very quite area. Promenade was within 100 meters. Lot of free parking spaces near by also reserve parking spaces for residents. The apartments are well sound insulated. The owner was very helpful, everything worked out perfectly according to her instructions. No inconvenience at all. Supermarkets like ASDA(Walmart), Aldi and others are within 5 miles distance. Local touristic attractions are also very close by.
