Struttura consigliata per un soggiorno in pieno relax, immerso nel verde. Piscine grandi e confortevoli. Camera spaziosa e dotata di tutti gli accessori. Mancano però adeguati spettacoli serali di intrattenimento. Cena ok anche se con poca scelta e ripetitiva, colazione da rivedere.

Absolutely loved the place! Stayed with my sister and the kids and we had a terrific time! The pool area is lovely and so relaxing! The fact that the pools are heated is a biiiig plus! The room was spacious, and the view from the balcony terrific! We could see the ocean and the dunes. 😍 Special thanks to the lovely and kind cleaning ladies who do an absolutely terrific job and made our apartment look spotlessly clean each day! Thanks Palm Oasis, we can’t wait to come back!!!

Ok, het is “maar” 3 sterren, maar de ligging op top van de heuvel overkijkend Maspalomas tot de zee is wijds, het zwembaden complex is een prachtig geheel en kon gerust van een vier of zelfs vijfsterren hotel zijn. Praktisch winkeltje om enkele boodschappen te doen op het domein, een overdekte garage, een minigolf en een schuif af voor de kinderen in het zwembad. Ook een leuke bar waar men iets kan eten tussen het zwembaden complex

Top place to stay and value for money.
staff very friendly, always cleaning going on everywhere.The place is spotless. I would recommend having a car as a bit out the way.

Miellyttävä ympäristö, tilava huoneisto, joka siivottiin joka päivä. Ystävällinen palvelu. Hyvä allasalue. Puolihoidossa oikein monipuolinen päivällinen. Aamupala ei ihan samaa tasoa kuin päivällinen. Vihanneksia ja tuoreita hedelmiä runsaasti päivittäin. Lomasta jäi mukava tunnelma.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf achter de rug. Ondanks dat deze accomodatie 3 sterren heeft, voelt dit absoluut niet zo. De mensen zijn vriendelijk en alles is ontzettend schoon en netjes. Locatie is boven op een berg, relatief weinig te doen op loopafstand maar met auto en het de heerlijke zwembaden is dat ook niet erg. Overzichtelijk met jonge kinderen. Wat ons betreft absoluut een aanrader!

Wat een prachtig complex. Kamers zijn prima. Ontbijt en diner is erg goed. De zwembaden zijn top. Enige "minpunt" is het gebrek aan animatie. Dit hotel is zeker voor herhqling vatbaar.

Godt familiehotel
Fint hotel med dejlig poolområde. Desværre var der tit kamp om solsenge, især solsenge tæt på poolkanten, skulle man stå tidligt op for at få fat på. Der var god service og personalet i receptionen var altid villig til at hjælpe. Fint værelse med funktionelt køkken. Dog var sovesofaen mindre komfortable. Vi bad om en ekstra seng (weekend seng), den var væsentlig bedre. Spaen er ikke særlig varm og boblerne varer kun kort tid ad gangen. Alt i alt et rigtig fint hotel til prisen.

This is a gem of a find. The hotel grounds were very pretty, the pool was nice, clean and we did not have an issue getting loungers (we went off peak though). The villas were well kept and spacious. The staff we friendly and helpful at all times. There is a taxi rank around the corner from the property and a bus stop within short walking distance. Overall it was a good stay and we felt it was great for what we paid. The only negative was we had an issue with a cockroach in our room but that was not due to uncleanliness but common in the Canary Islands.

It is a true oasis. The pool is amazing and heated. The grounds are spotless and the gardens the best we have seen them. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We usually self cater here but this time opted for half board and we’re not disappointed. Buffet choice was good and staff were happy to help out my husband who has a dietary allergy. Only negative was the lack of a good lounge and bar area. As there is nowhere to walk to in the evening, you are left with two English to channels, a trip down to Maspalomas by car/taxi or your own entertainment. We have been to the hotel at least six times over the years and it never disappoints.

Super séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir
Fantastique. Hôtel magnifique. Appartement grand, très propre, fonctionnelle. Nous avions une très belle vue sur les dunes et la mer. 2 piscines largement assez grandes, dont une chauffée. Un jacuzzi au top, accessible aux enfants, que du bonheur. Suffisamment de transat pour ne jamais se soucier de savoir s'il y en restera un de libre. Petit-déjeuner complet et très correct. Le snack le midi auour de la piscine est correct à un prix raisonnable. La supérette de l'hôtel est pratique et très appréciable. Le parking disponible à 2€ par nuit, super intéressant. Pour nous un bémol majeur, la qualité du canapé lit, acceptable pour des jeunes enfants, mais impensable pour des adultes. Et du jus d'orange frais au petit-déjeuner serait un vrai plus. Nous avons mangé une seule fois le soir et nous avons été déçu.
