체크인 전에 거지가 제 방에서 묵고 있었습니다.
태어나서 처음으로 숙박 후기 올립니다. 절대로 이 호텔 사용하지 마세요 그리고 호텔스 닷컴도 이용상에 문제가 많습니다. 로비에서 120번방을 체크인하고 방에 올라가니 문이 열리지 않았습니다. 그래서 새로 키를 받아 120번 방을 다시 올라가니 어떤 홈리스가 제가 체크인한 방에서 뛰어서 나가는 것을 목격하였습니다. 너무 당황한 나머지 다시 로비가 있는 건물로가서 이 사실을 말하니 자기들도 당황해하며 저와 함께 그방으로 같이 갔습니다. 아니나 다를까 홈리스의 양말이 침대 아래에 있었고 사용한 수건이 있었습니다. 호텔 측에서 급하게 방을 바꿔주기는 했으나 도저히 꺼림직해서 잘 수가 없어 호텔스 닷컴에 전화해서 다른 호텔로 옮겨 달라고 했더니 제가 체크인한 호텔측에서 컴퓨터 이상으로 다른 손님이 묵고 있던방을 줬다고 저한테 호텔스 닷컴에서 100달러 쿠폰을 줄테니 이거 받고 전화를 끊으라고 했습니다. 너무 어이가 없어서 상담원에게 왜 그러면 내 앞에서 양말까지 못신고 도망을 갔냐고하고 그 호텔 책임자가 자기 잘못을 회피하고 싶어서 거짓말 한거라고 열심히 영어로 설명하였지만 사람말을 믿지를 않네요. 분명히 CCTV에 찍혔기 때문에 경찰까지 부르려고 했으나 결국 미국 시민권 없는 사람은 불이익 받을게 뻔해 거기까지는 못했습니다. 지금도 그 사람은 120번 방에 보이지 않습니다... 혹시 도움을 받을 수 있을까해서 한국 호텔스닷컴에도 연락해봤으나 그냥 제가 알아서 하라고 답변만 줄 뿐 호텔스 닷컴에도 문제가 많고 제가 미국인이였다면 이렇게 대처했을까 싶습니다...

호텔 앞에 큰도로가 있구요. 승 하차 하는곳이 있습니다. 관광지인 금문교 까지는 버스나 차를 타고 조금 이동해야 하는지 불편함이 있습니다. 객실 청결도는 그냥 평균이구요. 시설이나 사용함에는 문제가 없습니다. 나름대로 괜찮은 호텔입니다.

가격대비 나쁘지않습니다 금연객실 묵었는데 담배냄새 안나고 깔끔하고 조식 씨리얼 와플 음료 있구여 주차장도 부족하지 않게 있었습니다 동네자체는 어두워지면 도보로 걸어다니기에는 좋지않습니다 차로 다니면 상관없을 거 같고 차가있으면 위치도 관광다니기에 괜찮았습니다 호텔자체가 오래되다보니 청소상태는 깔끔했지만 서랍장 열었다가 바퀴벌레 한마리 발견했구여 침구는 냄새안나고 깔끔합니다 화장실도 깔끔해여.

A not so great motel, I stayed here last year and the room was pretty not great. No AC and for some odd reason there was heat coming out of the ducts. Also a door to an adjoining room open half way into my stay which revealed a room full of mattresses. Very odd. Bathroom was ok as was the staff.

The front desk people were helpful and accommodating, the room was nice and decently clean but then unfortunately I could not enjoy my stay because I got bit several times by bed bugs. I did not stay the night as planned.

The owner immediately tried to sell us a more expensive room. The room stunk so bad from cigarette smoke my eyes and nose burned all night long even though I requested non smoking in reservation AND at check in. They spray something to mask the smell that makes it even worse.Furniture covered in cigarette burns. In the morning found out NO HOT WATER so no shower!

When I walked in, I saw a clump of hair on the ground, and another one in the shower. It's clear that the rooms are not cleaned as well as they should be.

It was serviceable stay. Not the most updated facilities but quiet and clean. Was perfect for my purposes.

Friendly check in. Room is a mold trap. Terrible. Atmosphere in room: run down residential hotel- crack den. Hair in shower, broken shower door, broken appliances.

Questionable
Room was small, very clean, bed was comfortable. Management hard to deal with. This was a business trip for my husband and they would not take his CC for payment and would give us the room we booked even if we paid cash, so we had to take the closet sized room. Neighborhood very questionable. Would not venture out neither day or night. Nowhere to eat out. Had bad pizza delivered, but good wings. Lots of homeless people around.

The first room they gave us was terrible and smelt like cigarettes after telling us they’d charge us if we smoked in the room.
