We were given s newly renovated room. There was no hot water in our room for the first two days. The sink in the kitchen was not properly installed and the water leaked all underneath. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. We asked to be switched rooms and were told the hotel was full. Did not look anything close to full.

They are in the process of remodeling And the hotel looks Good on the inside But definitely needs a face lift on the outside. Nice place to stay For the price especially.

Staff was somewhat rude to me, insisting I booked for a different date and that they were fully booked and would not be able þo accommodate my request, eventhough I showed them the Expedia confirmation was the right one. They admitted it was their computer error after arguing for an hour.

We were told our room was newly renovated but when we got inside the room, it looked like it was in the middle of being renovated. We had two pieces of furniture delivered to our room while we were staying there as well as we found that the bathroom fan didn’t work and there was no microwave in the room. Finally, we saw what appeared to be mold on the walls and ceiling and the walls were so thin we could hear our room neighbors and the staff talking in the hallways.

They are going through renovations, which is ok, but does not account for the incredibly loud heating system, interfering with sleep. No manger on duty to assist. The coffee maker in room did not work, and when I asked for a cup of hot water so I could make a tea- it was met with; it is not ready. The machine is hard wired and fed, it is always ready.. Not a peasant experience. no sleep and no coffee.

When I've traveled, and went to Vancouver to stay at the Atrium Inn on E. Hastings, I've liked it because of being across from the Pacific National Exhibition, and Playland, and for driving to Rogers Arena, B.C. Place, and to any other place around that area, is the easiest way of getting to them.

Good experienced we had. We like that the area is safe, easy access for public transportation also the area is clean. They offer free shuttle bus drop off and the driver is knowledgeable around the area and friendly. The hotel is clean, great staffs, helpful, and available 24/7. Great breakfast also.

The only positive for this trip was that it was near our concert venue and water pressure was good with plenty of hot water (which we needed due to the following). We found a mouse in our room, none of the furniture seemed to have been cleaned. The bath drain was clogged, there appeared to be blood on the wall, our friends room had very uneven floors, and when they switched our room, we found a large earwig running in the sink as well as more blood on the wall.

We would be happy to change another room for you, as well as cleaning the rooms, bathrooms that were not up-to-standard. Also, we take your report of a mouse sighting in the kitchen very seriously. Our utmost priority is to maintain a clean and hygienic environment, and we have pest control measures in place to address any such issues. We will investigate this matter immediately to rectify the situation and prevent any further occurrences.
