Good Place to Stay (Despite my mix up)
My daughter and I stayed here for two nights late November. I thought I had booked a room at the Iskele Boutique Hotel only to discover upon arrival that our reservation was at another location called Iskele Family Flats so take note that there are two different locations. The Family Flats is more of an apt block than hotel. Our room, which was a large one bedroom suite with a full kitchen was bright, clean (though very spartan in decor) and beyond our needs for our short visit. It would be ideal for longer stays and would fit a family very comfortably. Having come from a week on the European side, the neighbourhood had a very different vibe with few tourists. While conveniently close to the bustle of the ferry and bus terminal, the street was fairly quiet with many cafes and smaller restaurants nearby. The vibrant Kadikoy Market is only a 10 min walk away. Good location to explore the surrounding neighbourhoods and sights!

The worst hotel
Too much Noise all night. People talking and screaming all night. the room was not the same one that we reserved. Ceilings too low and it hits the head. Water in the bathroom does not go away. Room 10 is the worst. we had to carry all our luggage up a 0.5 meter width stair.

Загалом, перебування в готелі мені сподобалось. Готель знаходиться у районі який ніколи не спить, навіть вночі відчутно галас навколо, багато машин, і якщо люди дуже голосно спілкуються між собою це чутно у номері. Краще просити номер з вікнами у двір, гадаю там має бути тихіше. Поряд з готелем автобусна станція, це дуже зручно. Також поряд паромна станція, близько 20 хвилин на паромі і ви у самому центрі міста. Також недалеко від готелю є станція метро, біля 15 хв пішки, на якому зручно і не дорого можна дістатися до аєропорту. Навколо готелю багато кафе, тому проблем зі сніданком немає. У номері є чайник, фен і кондиціонер. Також працює холодільник. Нарікань не маю:)

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind eher einfach, aber sehr geschmackvoll und nett. So ist das Hotel ein Lichtblick in der Straße, weil es weiß und renoviert aus der Häuserreihe ragt. Das Treppenhaus und die Zimmer haben einen schönen Parkettboden. Das Badezimmer wird durch sein modern-traditionelles Schüssel-Waschbecken und seinem dazugehörigen Spiegel aufgewertet, die Zimmer durch eine Stuckdecke. Den Fernseher haben wir nicht ausprobiert, war aber vorhanden. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank, ein Halbschrank für die Kleidung und Regal, das einen Schreibtisch ersetzt, gibt es im Zimmer auch, alles sehr sauber und recht neu. Etwas bedauert habe ich, dass die Fenster nicht verdunkelt werden konnten. Das Hotel liegt etwas 5 min von der Fähre entfernt, die man täglich für die Sightseeingtouren auf dem europäischen Teil besteigen muss. Die Überfahrt findet alle 20 min statt, kostet 4 TL (~1,30 €) und ist ein schönes Ereignis, abends leider nur bis 21.00 Uhr.

Nice hotel close to Kadikoy harbor.
Overall nice place but for a couple things: maid only stopped in 2nd day & last day in the week, so trash not emptied/cups not washed/no new coffee packets. Plus, some crazy whirring, drumming noise late. Earplugs needed to sleep.

Wunderschönes altes restauriertes Hotel, dass fußläufig 5 min von den Anlegestellen der Fähren entfernt ist. Nach Eminönü Fahrzeit ca. 20 min. Die 3 Jungs, die anscheinend das Management stellen, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Bedarf kann man vom nahen Mado-Café Frühstück kommen lassen. Leider haben wir in den 5 Tagen keinen Zimmerreinigungsservice da.

A great hotel - comfortable rooms nicely decorated and very friendly, helpful staff. Conveniently close to the ferry and attractions of Kadikoy. Would definitely stay again.

Mooi, schoon hotel in Azië deel van Istanbul
Hotel is een absolute aanrader. Het hotel is net gerenoveerd en de kamers zijn schoon. Ligt op een mooie locatie in het Azië deel van Istanbul. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam. Als ik terug ga naar Istanbul kies ik zeker weer voor dit hotel.

Good Value
This hotel was a good value and is in a great location, IF you want to say on the Asia side of Istanbul (which I definitely recommend doing for at least part of your trip). As far as staff, amenities, etc, I believe they were at the level you would expect for a hotel at this price point. My friend and I each had a single room, facing the road—his on the second floor and mine on the third. Both rooms were quite loud and quite bright, which needless to say, was a nuissance when trying to sleep; however, again, it met our expectations given the price.

Nice, but loud
The room was small, but very clean and bright. However, it was so loud outside that we had trouble sleeping. If you are up and out early you may be able to avoid the men yelling outside in Turkish, but we stayed here to relax and didn't leave the hotel until after 10 a.m. each day. The staff was helpful, and we loved the location and the inexpensive ferry ride to historic Istanbul.

Great location, very friendly staff
Good location, the ferry takes you in 20 mins to the Old Town and is a very enjoyable trip, you can even have a tea or a snack on the ferry. The hotel is very easy to reach from Sabiha Gokcen Airport by Havatas Bus, Ataturk Airport is also no problem: Havatas Bus to Taksim, take the metro to Kabatas and the ferry to Kadikoy. The hotel is located near the water where there are many places to eat (try desserts at Mado and bakhlava from Gulluoglu!). Kadikoy is a pleasant neighbourhood and is worthwile a walk around, you'll find many local stores, restaurants, bars,... The hotel staff is genuinly friendly and helpful. The economy rooms are a bit small but have everything you need and look new and bright.

Great stay in Kadikoy, highly recommend it.
The hotel is really easy to find as it is very close to the ferry and bus stations, just off the main road. This meant that it was also really easy to navigate to and from and wasy to travel to other areas. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and as we arrived before our room was ready the plied us with teas and coffees while showing us maps and places to go and see. They were great at explaining the yellow mini buses (dolmuses) to us which we used to get to Uskudar and Beylerbeyi one day. From the hotel we were able to walk to all the main parts of Kadikoy and it was very easy to find our way back even after a few drinks. The only small issue was that our bed was a tad small for a 6ft man, but other than that the room was great. It was very light and airy and the bathroom was fully equipped and very clean. Great staff, great location and would definitely recommned it to anyone going to stay in Kadikoy. Hotel has a lift, wifi and freeview tv too.
