Even though it is located so close to the airport, it was quiet. I was on the back side of the bldg so I don't know if it was more noticable in the front side rooms. Shuttles to/from the airport were frequent and there were hourly shuttles to the train/subway station. Pay the extra $ to get the breakfast buffet. It was worth it to us. We couldn't use the pool or workout area as they are currently remodeling, hence the 4-star for "Property condition". We stayed 4-15 to 4-18-24.

Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out. The shower drain was a bit clogged, but that didn't rise to the level of a complaint. Overall quite positive. We would stay there again.

Shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers were completely empty. I notified staff the next morning and nobody ever went to refill it. The tv didn’t work so that ended up being replaced by maintenance. We tried the lunch/dinner restaurant downstairs and the service was terrible (they had just opened, there were only 2 other tables occupied). The food was 7/10. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Cold water in the sink. We were not able to get it hot no matter what we did. The show was very cold also. Every time i wanted to take a shower the engineer had to come and get my water hot. That was very inconvenient.

The location and free shuttle to airport was very convenient, but the lady at the reception wasn't friendly enough. We arrived and checked-in with no welcoming smile that could make us feel comfortable. The bathroom was clogged, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were old you can tell because of their smell. Nevertheless, I still would choose La Guardia when I get back to NYC.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and were disappointed with the breakfast options. The hotel provided the same breakfast options every day, and the scrambled eggs were the worst we've ever had. Additionally, we noticed that some of the furniture in the lobby was broken. The neighborhood also lacked good restaurant options, and the only options available were either on a bus distance of 10 minutes or required taking a taxi or Uber to find good places to eat. Furthermore, the area beyond the bus distance was dangerous, making it difficult to find good restaurants.

Was upset that the pool and spa wasn't available. I received a notice first when booking that it was going to be completed by the end of Feb. But when getting to the hotel, finding out it wasnt completed. Had i known that or been informed before booking, i would have stayed somewhere else. Having 2 kids, the pool could've been a great wind down for them after being in the city. This actually kept us from booking another night with the hotel. The room had a disgustingly dirty air filter in it. The lobby staff was ok, kinda rude.

They did not clean my room once, during my stay. I payed for breakfast and they told me it wasn’t included. They wanted me to pay for parking while it is free on the street .

Stayed there to make early morning flight-very close to airport. Staff were very nice; food in restaurant good; wine overpriced but thats true everywhere anymore; floor in hallway not that clean; also had to wipe down the area around the sink as it had what seemed like spilled lotion on it.
