The stay here was horrible, first thing expedia booked the wrong hotel location when I specifically booked another location that stayed at, they would not refund me my money so i had no choice but to stay. When I arrived it was a guest outside fighting with his significant other, the room was smelly, dirty, the couch was filthy, there wasnt a iron, we only had one roll of tissue, the towels were very thin, they only had 2 thin pillows on the bed and the shower curtain was dirty/nasty. If i could give no stars I would and im considering disputing with my bank because I want a refund ASAP

Sorry for the inconvenience, but upon arrival should had contacted Expedia that it was booked on a wrong location and they would had gladly worked on the same day to book you to the correct location.

La habilitación la limpiaron una sola vez en una semana, fuera se veían pandilleros y personas peligrosas y para colmo salí un día antes y el hotel me robó mi dinero diciendo en su página oficial ie reembolsaban según sus políticas o sea que habría algún descuento pero nunca pence que estafaran. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

No hemos rebado ha nadie, normalmente cuando uno se hace el check-out antes de su dia de salida nos avisa de antemano que se van ha salir un dia antes porque necesitamos comunicar con expidia para el tramite de reembolso, especialmente cuando es un prepaid. En este caso solo dejaron la llave y se fueron. No estamos para robar ha nadie pero uno si viene ha comunicar en la oficina para resolver el caso. El reembolso de un dia ya fue transmitido. Gracias.

No hot water and rude service = unpleasant stay.
When checking in, the gentleman at the front desk was less than pleasant and almost annoyed that he had to help me. Room was clean and orderly, but sheets were for summertime and the temp was near 40deg outside. Next morning, discovered that there was no hot water in tub or sink. Then when trying to pack by 11, was rudely reminded I needed to vacate premises ASAP. I inquired about the hot water only to be told, "I only work here." I've traveled the world, and only in the past few years and only in the US have I encountered about 50% of my rooms no longer have hot water. As for Scottish Inns, never again.

Good overall
Room was large and clean. Took the air conditioner a little bit to cool room. We asked for an additional blanket and pillow. We were given the blanket, but were told we could not have another pillow. After flying all morning an additional pillow would've been nice.

OKaaaay for the price I guess.
Good overall but the price should be cheaper for what you get. The room was surprisingly spacious, but dirty in a lot of areas. It seemed as if it had not been cleaned thoroughly. The sheets and and bathroom were good. There was a random mirror that served as a headboard i guess. Worst spot it could be in. Me and my girl hit our head like 3 times on it throughout the night. And the tv and ac worked. Had to pay $10/hr for late check out.....

Their housekeepers are crazy. They wake you up if you are little over check out time.

Booked a room, do get heat and water (both were out at my apt). When I got to the hotel, it was closed! Why/how did Expedia even allow me to book a room at this hotel?

Bring your own sheets.
The first night I arrived the bedsheets looked stained with bodily fluids, as if the sheets had not been changed in several days. The next morning, I asked housekeeper to change the sheets and the sheets were replaced with what appeared to look like brown poop stained sheets (at least they looked washed.) The housekeeper was professional and even asked if I needed extra towels. The staff overall was helpful. And when I called the front desk regarding a non-functioning air conditioner, someone came promptly. Insulation between rooms was at a bare minimum. After 1030-11pm, I could hear the television next door as well as people talking, yelling at their children and the children could be heard running back and forth (next door) and screaming & crying,
