전반적인 관리 소홀. 숙소의 곰팡이 냄새, 그리고 전반적인 실내의 어두운 조명, 시설의 노후가 공항근처의 좋은 입지를 가지고 있으면서도 좋은 호텔로 성장할 수 있는 호텔인데 조금은 아쉽다.

will not visit again.
Good service but the room condition was terrible. Very old and flooded in toilet. Very dirty toilet Even if it was my biz trip, I will not bring my family there again. But they have good lobby and restaurant. There is swimming pool. The water seems not clean. Will not go there again.

Great hotel
Really good hotel, room was a bit older but nothing too bad. We enjoyed the place, really great food and nice pool and bar. Good location if you want to stay near the airport.

I liked it was close to the airport. The lunch was really good. The staff were very cool and helpful! The night time restaurant ambiance looks cool. Nice place to go for dinner. The pool was so nice. Thank you!

The hotel was not up to the star category standard. Facet in the Bathroom was broken and didn't fixed until we vacate the room. Also bad smell in both washrooms. Not properly maintained for cleanliness, found cockroach in wash rooms

This is complained was not expectable. Because this reservation was not confirmed by the hotel as a courtesy hotel accommodated this family. But this guest was not thanks to hotel complained only. This kind of comments good example to us.

Beware! Your confirmed booking means nothing for this hotel. They refused a room for a confirmed booking for two women who were traveling alone that too so late in the evening.and they did not even apologize. They then said they were doing the women a favor by assigning them to a sister hotel that was hidden off the road.

This is not a correct information what write . This two women are so Aragon as well as rude the third party the travel agent not made a reservation on time as but guest dint know anything this travel agent is very poor handling of guest reservation as per the hotel experience . But guest are demanding for nothing paying peanuts to the hotel. . thanks & best regds .

Always a good choice to book hotel thru hotel.com
It is skyways good to book thru hotel.com. I was been upgrading again for this stay. Originally I was in a smaller room but the internet was an issue. After sending my concern and inform the front desk, they upgrade me to another bigger room and what important is the internet was working. Very happy with the corrective action taken.

Only a stop over hotel.
It is good if only for one night. We were there for 2 weeks. The kitchen was bad. Breakfast was bad. Mosquitoes & flies are everywhere!! Never done any fogging! The swimming pool are always full of school children! Or some private swimming lessons.. it is a good stop over hotel.. that is all..

And, I would like to mention : We have enough kitchen staff to clean the kitchen daily, so it is not bad as you have mentioned in the review. The breakfast is arranged according to the hotel standards. Mostly, we serve A La Carte, ot buffet. And, there are many options under A la Crate menu. We are very concern about the guests, therefore, we have a pest control unit, which operates twice a week to control the pests. We have not given the pool for private swimming lessons. The local crowd can be expected on weekends and on holidays. It is entitled for everyone who stays in the hotel. As a Four star hotel, we are concerned about the guests and their needs. When you need an ok place close to the airport
Quick stay close to the airport as we arrived late. The staff was nice but the room we stayed in was in bad shape. The hot water in the shower was boiling but after dialing in a sweet spot we could shower under a few sizzling drops. The breakfast was ok and the hotels pool and restaurant feels like good value for money.

THe hotel is very dirty and smelly. There s no cover for the blanket but only bed sheet. Washroom door is broken and unable to close. Rubbish bin is not cleared before our checkin and smelly. Hotel staff are nice and friendly though.

I made a change to the type of accommodation we required about 3 months ago. This was not noted and the type of accommodation we requested was not available at the time of checking in. Fortunately they were able to find another room to suit our requirements.

Poor breakfast,not for long stay
Breakfast had to be included in the price but hotel wanted to pay it. Breakfast was poor and expensive (poor selection) mostly toast and jam,not tasty saussages, eggs average.

Images can be deceptive
On first impressions this is an attractive hotel especially by Sri Lankan standard. The entrance area and the pool area are very nice but the rooms are very poor. In the room which we used the shower area was unquestionably dangerous. I have retained images The hot water was supplied by an electric water heater which was plugged into a socket on the wall. I have no problem with this but the socket was approximately 60cm from the shower head and cable was repaired by tape! This was within the shower area at shoulder height. Oh and there was the issue of water dripping through the ceiling at 5am. I went to the reception and asked for a new room and I requested an upgrade. The new room was worse there was no upgrade and no apology. The bathroom in the "new" room was even worse in terms of cleanliness but at least you could have a shower. I no problems in staying in tents, hostels etc but this was a really disappointing venue.

Problem with Booking through bookings.com
The hotel was fine, but the booking went wrong. I made a booking through Hotels.com. When arriving at hotel on Friday the 13th June 2015, my booking could not be traced. We did contact by telephone Bookings.com but they could not help. Apparently my booking went wrong, it was for Tuesday the 9th. I still do not know whether a payment went through or not for the 9th. I had to pay cash for Friday the 13th at a higher price than what I did book on the internet.

Airport and function
They woke me up by phoning me in the night because they forgot to add the drink to the diner bill. They did not provide nail clippers. The power plugs are behind furniture. When I said I had a flight at 0710 they offered to call a taxi at 0815. They said taxi was 800 rupees, then 700 which is several times the fair price.

quick stop over hotel which is close to the airport. But they were doing lots of repair work and carried on drilling and banging til 11pm, which was unacceptable only good for a quick stop as the location is good, but the service could have been better
