We are sorry that your stay experience was so negative, because our day by day commitment is to improve our work and to make our Guest feel at ease, as if he were at home. However, we must make some clarifications regarding what you have written. First of all, we regret that there has been a misunderstanding regarding the availability of free parking at our facility. Our little Guesthouse is located exactly in the center of the most ancient Rome, in a ZTL (Zone Traffic Limited), where it is forbidden to access by car for most of the day: for this reason we always recommend our guests to avoid using the car, also because from Five Rooms Rome it is possible to reach on foot the most important monuments of Rome, simply by walking and avoiding the stress of using and parking the car, typical of any large world metropolis. In the description of our structure we had clearly indicated 2 options for those wishing to use the car at all costs: park in the free or paid parking lots on the road on which our building is located (option not recommended) or park in the private covered, guarded garages. and for a fee, which are located at a distance of a few hundred meters from the structure. The setting provided to us by Expedia and Hotel.com seemed very clear, but the fact that you and a few other guests had been misled suggested that we remove the parking indications from our description altogether. On the other hand, our small structure (Five Rooms Rome) works in the field of hospitality and being judged in a bad way for a parking problem, it really seems nonsense! As for your complaint about a problem regarding your passports, we really have a hard time understanding what you are referring to: having only 5 rooms to manage, it is not difficult to correctly manage the passports of our 10-12 guests and it never happened that anyone complained about a passport switch. Finally, as regards your opinion on the "glamor" of our Gueshouse, the photos published refer exactly to the rooms of our structure and there is absolutely nothing different or counterfeit. Having said that, we thank you for choosing Five Rooms Rome for your stay in Rome, but also for helping us understand the great possibilities of misunderstanding in the description relating to parking in our Guesthouse.

We are also happy that you could appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, the availability and kindness of our staff and the exceptionally central location of our structure. We regret that you were not satisfied with the availability of free parking spaces in our area. On the other hand, as you yourself have well pointed out, our Guesthouse is located exactly in the center of the most ancient Rome, on the Quirinal Hill, between the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums which can be reached in just over 5 minutes on foot and the Fountain di Trevi, the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon. I believe that in no great capital of the world, even much more modern than Rome, is it easy to find free parking in the heart of the city. However, despite this, in our area there is the possibility of finding parking in a few hours of the day (keep in mind that we are a few steps from the Quirinale, the Palazzo of the President of the Republic, and very close to the headquarters of the Bank of Italy). We always prefer to advise our guests to visit Rome without a car, thus taking advantage of the central location of our Guesthouse and avoiding the typical traffic stress of any large city. When asked, we recommend that you leave your car in one of the several paid parking lots that exist nearby, thus avoiding any risk and any stress. We are very sorry that you have stated that we have written things that are not true in the description of our structure: the relationship of trust that we establish from the first moment with our guests prevents us from following this path and therefore we must deny your statements, albeit to reluctantly. We hope to be able to host you again, this time without the stress of a car to park in the city center.
