호텔 룸에 들어가자 마자 가격대비 룸 컨디션이 좋아서 깜짝 놀랐습니다~ 넓고, 깔끔하고 그리고 무엇보다 월풀욕조도 있어서,,,너무 좋았어요. 가성비가 장난아니에요, 세도나 호텔들이 너무 비싸서 이곳을 선택했는데 후회없는 선택이었습니다~

모든 점에서 최고였던 숙소 캐슬록, 코트하우스버티가 객실 창으로 보이고 객실 환경이 깔끔하고 넉넉함. 주변도 조용하고 어퍼타운이나 각종 볼거리 접근성도 좋음 아침식사도 훌륭했음.

First off, Alex was amazing! He was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. The location is pretty incredible - you can walk to coffee shops, stores, hiking trails, bell rock, you name it. The village of Oak Creek is absolutely the best and I would come back to stay in this town in a heartbeat, but I’d probably pick a different location for the noise alone. I’m a light sleeper, and there was SO much noise. People above us, around us, banging all night long (someone having too much fun? I’m not sure, but it was constant all night). I had rain sounds on and earplugs, and I still didn’t get a wink of rest. If you’re a heavy sleeper, this might not be an issue for you, but for me it was a major buzz kill. Breakfast was also quite disappointing with just yogurt and mini muffins. Not sure I would call it “breakfast included” - more like a “mini snack” with your coffee. We ended up having to go elsewhere for real food. Overall, I absolutely adored the location, but the facilities and the noise could use some updating and soundproofing for sure.

This place has no business charging what they charge. This is a $150 a night at best hotel. I paid almost $400. Don’t let them fool you with the “upgrades” they recently made, it’s still very much motel 6 vibes.

Our hostess was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and fit our needs. We liked that it was quiet and away from the busy, noisy main section of Sedona.

The hotel was clean and recently renovated. However, the walls are paper thin. You could hear every word your neighbors were saying and since we were downstairs, you could hear everything footstep from the room above you. It made for a tough night’s sleep.

Staff were excellent. Property had recently purchased and refurbished, and was one of the best upgraded hotels I’ve ever stayed in. New paint, floors, bed, furniture, countertops, toilet and shower, appliances, room-darkening shades; amazing. I’d give it six stars out of five if I could.

Staff “couldn’t find” my reservation at first. Then they said it was cancelled because my “card declined” even though I have more than enough funds on my card. I was never notified that the reservation was cancelled. Staff was professional but i’m very upset at this situation.

No elevators. We requested bottom but do not get bottom floor. We had to drag our suitcases up the stairs while construction was going on. The floor was very squeaky when walking.

Newly renovated and beautifully designed rooms. Beds were very cozy, there was a retro fridge and good amount of darkness for sleep with windows that open. The price was a little steep though at $180/night on a Wednesday. I would stay again.

We happened to catch the motel while remodeling was taking place. That caused some difficulty with parking and noise. Otherwise it was a nice place perfectly located in Oak Creek. Breakfast was an assortment of sweet rolls.

They booked us in a room between two other rooms where they are doing construction. We heard lots of banging, saws running, and the front desk person wasn’t helpful at all. He just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do. Totally unsatisfactory!

The staff was great, did the best they could. The company changed names and software the day before and wasn't compatible with rooms that were pre-paid. (From online websites like expedia) Making check in a nighmare. 2hrs later finally got a room. Room was quiet, beds comfy!

Safe, quiet, easy to walk around and park your vehicle. No breakfast, which was not nice. I wanted to extend my stay and was denied, which was not nice. Otherwrise it was an Ok motel.
