It has been clearly written in Expedia that we are charging 15/ night for the parking. If you had asked us before booking, we definitely tell you. If you have not read it, do not blame us of your fault.We do not know where you had parked your car to saving your 15.00 & your window was smashed for which we are not responsible.The rules are for the comfort of everybody so that any of our guests should not have any problem. If someone has not habit of following of any rules, he/she do not like it, otherwise our most of guests are appreciating it. Thanks.

Misbehavior with our staff is not acceptable. Our staff politely tried to explain this thing to you but failed.We observed that you were excepting 5-stars hotels after receiving of your booking & some emails. Because of these reasons we wrote you that this is a guest house (not a hotel/motel) & sizes of our rooms are small being Toronto downtown area. Some people expect 5-stars hotel by paying about 95/ night only, which is not possible. Hotels in Toronto downtown area are very expensive. We are providing better accommodation with a very low price as compared to other B&B/ guest houses. People who know these facts, gave us excellent comments.Thanks.

Your booking is for the SMALLEST and CHEAPEST room in the guest house, but you demanded Luxury Suite, the price of which is double than small room. We would be requesting you to search properly before booking of any room in some that hotel in future. Thanks.

You tried to create problem at the time of check in. Your acceptations were too high. We would advice you to please study the place before booking, in future. This is a guest house, not a five stars hotel. All rooms here are non-smoking, but you tried to smoke at night & disturbed all other guests.Anyway, thanks for staying with us.

We are always requesting to our guests that we are commented to provide much better accommodation as compared to other guest houses & BnB. If someone considered 5-stars hotels by paying about 100 per night, he/she will not be happy, here. Hotels in Toronto downtown area are very expensive. Our mostly guest are realist & not expecting 5-stars hotel. We have lot of returning & referral guests.Thanks for staying with us.
