Great for families!
The hotel has excellent customer service. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The in hotel restaurant is convenient and has a great variety of food options. My only wish was that the location was a bit closer to the town center but that meant it was a bit quiet which was appreciated. Good value overall!

Nice hotel relatively close to Teotihuaca Pryamids
Nice, clean and relatively quiet. Great staff at both hotel and adjacent restaurant.

El agua caliente no salía pero el hotel me atendió muy bien, así que poco después se solucionó el problema. La habitación limpia y ordenada estuve muy contenta:)) El único malo fue unos huéspedes llegaron al hotel 3:30am con muchísimo ruido por eso me desperté por la mañana muy temprano. El hotel debería advertir a su cliente que estén atentos a otras personas.

The entire Hotel and restaurant is amazingly clean!!! Everything at this place is decorated beautiful, the hospitality has been outstanding and I am beyond impressed on everything. The food at the restaurant is outstanding! They made minor accommodations to them that meant everything for me and my partner, we are beyond thankful.

The employees were all very kind and helpful. The location is very nice if you plan to visit the pyramids, it take aprox. 10 minutes by car. The room was clean and all the basic products (towels, shampoo, soap, etc.) were available when we arrived. The only disappointment was the shower, that was only warm after some minutes and did not get really hot again until we left the hotel. A "cold" shower in a cold morning was not pleasant.

Sorry about these inconvinients, we could´ve done something if u have told us when we ask, and also sorry again for the floor under the table in the restaurant it was not clean as some guest used it before u and we didnt realize the floor was not clean. Great place to stay, delicious food!
Incredible location, really close to all areas of interest. Great service overall and exquisite food! I'd just suggest to expand the room service hours, 10 pm is too early.

Excellent hotel in close proximity to the Pyramids and downtown Teotihuacan. The staff were all amazing. The room was beyond comfortable and spotless. The only point of criticism is to do with intermittent WIFI. Very nice swimming pool and grounds.
