생각보다 불편한 위치 시설은 그저그런상태
위치가 어정쩡하네요 모든걸 포기하고 테르미니 역앞의 편리함도 없고 도보로 2-30분? 전차로 4정거장입니다..시설은 그럭저럭 중간정도 헌데 동네가 영 아닙니다.. 다음에간다면 시내쪽이나 관광지근처로 갈거예요..

We only spent one night here. Hotel Staff was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations for dinner and called us a taxi the morning we were leaving. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast (cost 10 Euros each) was totally worth it and really good: coffee, meats, cheeses, eggs, pastries, Nutella, juice, etc. Hotel has a nice courtyard area perfect for enjoying some vino after dinner. There is a grocery store a few blocks away. Lots of options for dinner a short walk away. While the area outside the hotel wasn’t great, the hotel was perfect and felt safe. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum.

Tourism tax was asked to pay in cash, not card. Not notified about that ahead of time. AC was not working properly and when asked, was not addressed. It was way too humid in our area to enjoy, I would not classify this hotel as "4" stars, more like 2 or maximum 3 stars. Would not come back.

Though the property is rather small and the rooms a little tight for space, everything was clean and comfortable, and a great value for the price. Vladdy and the rest of the staff were welcoming and helpful with friendliness and great customer service. Location was also good for sight-seeing and accessibility to attractions. Morning breakfast was perfect for the price.

Tranquil and Antique Charm in Roma I recently had a wonderful two-day stay at a charming hotel in Roma. Despite its close proximity to the city center, the hotel offered a tranquil atmosphere. First time in Rome
This hotel was perfect! Very quaint, beds were super comfortable, breakfast was amazing, and the staff was great!! If you expect a large hotel room in Europe, that is not their style. I have been many places in Europe and it does not happen, so the size of the room did not bother me at all. Also, the location was perfect! Right in the center of the main sites and walking distance to markets and amazing restaurants!!

Capisco e comprendo il disagio di un giorno come quello del mio arrivo di Pasqua ma credo che il cliente non debba mai aspettare più di 10 minuti il Cecchin che già si è spostato negli anni alle due del pomeriggio e attendere dopo il pranzo altri 20 minuti nella hall mi sembra pesando un eufemismo un’indecenza l’unica cosa che potevate fare è offrire un drink di benvenuto gratuitamente ma non lo avete fatto inoltre la stanza aveva il condizionatore non funzionante e ho dormito al gelo Non è un quattro stelle a stento un due stelle migliorate e vedrete che andrà meglio

The staff bent over backwards to be sure their accessible room was up to par...and it was except the shower was a little difficult to transfer into from the wheelchair but we managed. Removing the glass enclosure and installing a curtain would make it easier. A toilet seat on the bidet/toilet would make it easier for those who cannot squat. Being that it is an old building (but very charming) the one elevator is quite small. It took some creative manhandling to get my wife's small power chair in but we managed. Aside from the items listed above, this hotel is very charming, it's staff very helpful. If you have minor mobility issues, you can use this hotel, otherwise you'd need a more modern building. We walked to most of our sight seeing destinations and found that most of the streets in Rome do not have curb cuts and sidewalks need repair.

The room we got was standard, nothing to rave about just clean and suitable, a bit small for 2 people. We didn’t stay in the room for very long other than sleep, showers and storing our baggage for a couple of days. The area was convenient, near restaurants and transportation and walkable to The Colloseum. The staff was friendly, and the courtyard was lovely.

Malgré que le quartier incorpore des ruines, il est un peu dépravé avec des SDF qui dorme sur des matelas au pied des ruines. Les chambres sont propres mais petites. La porte de notre douche était un peu mal en point. Seulement deux serviette sont fournies. Personnel est correct mais sans plus.

Would never stay here again.
The hotel is very cleverly photographed. But in reality, is a run-down BnB with minuscule rooms. We booked the "romantic view of the aqueducts" room and it was like staying in a closet. Also the entire are around the hotel is covered in graffiti. Didn't exactly feel safe.

Lad dig ikke snyde af billederne vedrørende værelserne! Vi oplevede 2 forskellige værelser (efter vi brokkede os over det første) Værelse 1: lever bestemt ikke op til Roms egene stjerne-krav. Havde problemer med at vende mig i den lille bruser, men var alligevel ved at falde flere gange. Toilettet kunne ikke rulle ud og kom ikke til at virke (trods flere forklaringer og forsøg af personalet) en konstant lugt af kloak og en aircondition som ikke virkede. Vi kunne høre alt inde fra naboværelset. Vi havde to overnatninger her. Værelse 2: meget bedre, på dette værelse var der plads til at kunne pakke kufferterne ud, en hyggeligt lille sofa og en altan som havde plads til 1 person. Badeværelse var fint, men havde glasdøre så man kunne se den anden være på toilet og det kunne desværre heller ikke her kunne rulle ud og her lugtede frygteligt hele tiden. Bruseren var dog en ganske ok størrelse og ikke en skøjtehal Dette værelse kunne næsten mørklægges, set bort fra projektøren af lys der kom ude fra gangen hele natten og under døren. airconditionen virkede på intet tidspunkt så valget var mellem at blive ædt af myg eller koge ihjel. Det var meget lydt og vi kunne høre nabohunden gør fra ca.7 til 22 (hvilket selvfølgelig ikke er hotellets skyld) Vi betalte for parkering(i hotellets lille gårdhave med plads til 3 biler) men fik alligevel en bule i bilen. Personalet(særligt den unge mand) var en fornøjelse. Morgenmaden var ok. Ok afstand til metro og seværdigheder.

For en så høy pris burde man forvente mye mer fra dette hotellet. Rommet var alt for lite for 4 personer. Kloakklukt fra avløpsrør og støy fra dårlig isolerte vinduer gjorde oppholdet ubehagelig. Frokost mot ekstra betaling hadde veldig lite utvalg til å være et 4 stjernes hotell. Jeg vil ikke anbefale dette hotellet.

Staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. Room was nice with a small balcony but very very small. Clean, breakfast was lovely with breads, and fruit served in the outdoor garden.

Lovely staff and gorgeous outside space for breakfast etc… But the room I was in was in pretty poor shape, very tired, small, noisy, the air-conditioning had been turned off so it was boiling hot, it all just felt very underwhelming!

Ein kleines privat geführtes Hotel mit einem ausgezeichnetem Service. Der Service hätte nicht besser sein können. Ebenso das Frühstück. Einfach fantastisch. Die Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen wichen zwar teilweise von den „Standards“ ab, zeugten aber von der Kenntnis und der Liebe zu ihrer Stadt. Einfach toll.

Gezellig kleiner hotel in de rand van Rome, nabij de Porta Maggiore. Het Colosseum ligt ook in de buurt (1,8km). De receptie, ontbijtruimte en vooral de zithoek/bar zijn gedecoreerd in vintage-stijl. Ontbijt in buffetformule. Er is koffie, thee, chocomelk, melk, 2 soorten vruchtensap en yoghurt. Er is voldoende keuze tussen ontbijtgranen (3 soorten), brood, pannenkoeken, vers fruit (2 soorten), vers beleg (4 soorten), cake, abrikozentaart, verse groenten, enz. In de bar kan je iets drinken aan democratische prijzen (vb. 4€ voor glas prosecco). De kamers zijn net groot genoeg. Er is tamelijk weinig opbergruimte. Er is een minibar (betalend). Geen waterkoker aanwezig voor koffie of thee op de kamer. Comfortabele badkamer (douche, haardroger). Goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Metro station Manzoni (Lijn A / Rode Lijn) ligt op 500m van het hotel. Tramhaltes (tram 3, 5 en 14) op minder dan 500m.

Another 3 star claiming to be 4 star. In a shady part of town and the staff will agree. Lock your stuff up if you wanna keep it. Rooms have terrible AC. Breakfast is bunk. Beds and pillows are so uncomfortable. I can say that the staff are excellent. That’s it.

Hotel Emona Aquaeductus was an oasis in the busy eternal city of Roma! you are welcomed by beautiful garden with water fountains and comfortable chairs. Nero the hotel Cat is a great addition to the hotel and gardens. All Emona staff where very friendly and keen to make sure our stay was perfect. We upgraded to a superior room with a balcony and rain shower. Well worth the small upgrade charge. We where given lots of restaurant suggestions which all where as expected/promised. Fantastic food!! The rooms had air conditioning, functioning windows, very clean and we felt very secure. Nice room amenities too. The breakfast each morning was fresh and plentiful. Fresh fruit, cheeses, meats and pastries galore. The coffee was great. The hotel is very close (5 minute walk) to public transportation including buses, trams and the Roma Metro. local convenience stores and a fantastic bakery very close to the hotel. This is the hotel we would stay at again when travelling to Rome. It's funky and eclectic decor and furniture made the Emona Aquaeductus stand out in the best way possible.
