Please note that we always strive to maintain our high standards relating to guest service and hotel management. We are unable to check in guests when the room is not yet ready. Our housekeeping staff does work extremely hard to prepare all the rooms in a timely manner. We were notified of the pet by other guests in the hotel, and did attempt to contact the guest to relocate them to a different room.
