Dear Claude, we first of all thank you for sharing your recent stay at Villa Michelangelo - Starhotels Collezione. We are sorry that you did not appreciate the Classic Double Room we assigned you. Our Villa belongs to the 18th century and some of its rooms reflect the ancient structure of the building. As for the insects, they are the green shield bug and the brown marmorated stink bug. They are a plague difficult to eradicate in our region and unfortunately there is not much we can do about this issue. However, we are glad that our staff at the Reception was able to offer you a different room, despite the low availability we had during the days of your stay. Regarding the Restaurant, we thank you for your opinion which we will surely take into consideration in order to improve our quality service. We hope to welcome you back at our Hotel in the future.
