최고의 경험을 제공한 베스트호텔
굉장히 좋은 경험이었습니다. 라파즈 내 최고가 아닐까합니다. 웰컴드링크도 맛있었고,사우나 굿, 헬스장 좀 좁았지만 있을건 다 있었다. 스파는 한국인으로써는 좀더 뜨끈했으면 했음. 전반적으로 9.9/10!!!!

구 다운타운 보다 치안이 더 좋으며 거리도 깨끗하고 고급 일식, 중식 레스토랑 및 한국식당 등 도보거리에 있음. 라파스 시내 최초의 대형 쇼핑몰이 도보거리에 있음. 교통수단으로 이용되는 케이블 카의 출발역 또한 도보거리에 있어서 관광수단으로 좋음.

Not recommended
I stayed in La Paz for 2 nights and I stayed a night here..It was little bit mistake to make a reservation here because of there is a same named hotel in La Paz. anyway, the hotel was 20 mins distance by taxi from the centre and the space was okay but I don't think it's 5-star hotel and the price was not enough for the condition. I asked to call the bus company to check there is an available seat and they charged for that call about 17 BS. Overall, the hotel is old-fashioned.

It was ok. Battle with lights all night. Card box was messed up and never was fixed. It was a little frustrating to be in the shower and the lights turning off on you constantly.

Mixed feelings about this hotel
It was lovely hotel and the reception staffs are very kind and helpful for organising our tours and setting up mobile phones. However, we left our document bag at the hotel that contains a passport and credit cards and cash and other important paper documents. We realised that we left it at the hotel 3 hours after we checked out. We called the hotel asking for our document bag, but they could not find it anymore, so we lost it. We are very sure that we left it at the hotel, but they didn't take responsibility for losing our document bag, but instead they doubted we left it somewhere else...

Dear Mr. Joshua From the moment we found out about your lost bag, we immediately checked the room with our security staff, and they helped you by calling the other hotel in Tomarapi where you were before where you possibly left the bag at that hotel, we were surprised because they already knew what happened since you also contacted them thinking that they got lost in that hotel. We are very sorry for the loss and we reiterate again that the bag you indicate was not forgotten in the hotel. Casa Grande with 20 years of operation, we never had this kind of mishap. Fantastic!
The Casa Grande Hotels are beautiful! Their decor is modern and elegant, their service was impeccable and the bedroom spacious and comfortable. What impressed me the most was the variety of pillows, from soft, firm and down they had on top of the bed, for you to pick and choose the one one of your preference to sleep. Breakfast was complete and delicious! It’s a great hotel to stay!

The staff was excellent in all regards. The concierge spoke English well enough to accommodate our every need. Seriously, my elderly father and I asked for a lot, and they took care of it. We needed cash, they got it with no charge, we needed ibuprofen or oxygen, they got it for cost. At least what we would pay at the pharmacy in LaPaz. We needed to ride the Gondola, they gave us their pass. When we arrived by taxi, they open the doors for us, we handed them the taxi fare and they paid the driver to make sure we didn’t get ripped off. Every time. The hotel room is just like the pictures and SUPER clean, I checked it with my high end black light. The hotel is far from downtown, but 4-5 blocks away from the gondola. There are paxis galore, in case you are worried about tour pickups. Everything is a hike in La Paz but taxi or gondola is cheap. Our Titicaca tour fell through and the hotel arranged an even better private one, with Seagull Travel, that was first class all the way, for $200 bucks less. The tour was customized to our archeological interests, and our English speaking guide even took us by boat to the best little museum in Pata Patani to see an amazing mummy with an absolutely mind blowing elongated skull. After drinking from the eternal fountains of youth, health, and wisdom on the Island of the sun, I can say with absolute certainty, we both recommend Casa Blanca Suites.

The Hotel is located in a really nice area. The restaurant have a great international menu and the breakfast is very complete. I had to leave 3 days during the early morning (before breakfast time) and they made a breakfast box for me. Transfers where always great, fast and easy to find at the airport, bus terminal, etc.

Nice place; great staff
This hotel of suites was really good and quaint. It is not a sprawling campus but located in a somewhat contemporary, middle income neighborhood—all the basic resources are within walking distance. One may need to hire taxis but they were extremely affordable. The front desk staff will take care of you. Each of the front desk team were professional and very responsive. The room service folk seemed like they would be fun with whom to hang. The food was good. Try the ceviche!

Para un grupo de 10 personas nos ofrecieron el desayuno temprano por nuestro vuelo, pero fue decepcionante sólo abrieron el restaurante pero no había nada, ni café ni agua; sólo un par de yogurts y pan frío. Para el servicio de room service del restaurante del menú que es muy pequeño no tenían todas las opciones, una pena si llegas hambriento a las 10 pm.

Estimado Huésped, Efectivamente nosotros contamos con un desayuno de madrugada a partir de las 03 de la madrugada pero este desayuno no es tan completo a comparación con el que contamos a partir de las 07 de la mañana que es un desayuno buffet. También contamos para las salidas de madrugada para algunas personas que no pueden desayunar pueden solicitar de recepción un box breckfast. Lamentamos mucho que en el momento de su salida no haya podido encontrar nada de alimento ya que los encargados de esta reposición es nuestro personal, realizaremos la revisión especifica para que esto no vuelva a suceder. The hotel was very nice, spacious, clean and contemporary. The service was great too. We emailed them regarding the taxi and got responded quickly. They helped us arrange the taxi to pick us up and send us to the airport. The neighborhood was great. There were bunch of convienience stores, banks and nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

酒店在拉巴斯高级住宅区，前台、礼宾和客房的服务人员非常专业，处理入住和其他问题响应速度非常快。套房很新干净空间大，床铺软硬正好，舒适。走路五分钟可到当地最好的酒店之一CASA GRADE HOTEL，属同集团管理，还提供这个酒店餐厅内免费鸡尾酒和饮料券，我们晚饭就在那里解决，物超所值。在拉巴斯建议住新城区。

Best place to stay in La Paz

Wonderful place to stay
This new hotel is a modern five star facility with very helpful friendly front desk and clean and spacious room. We spent 3 days there. Enjoyed the hospitality so much. Highly Reccommended place.

The hotel is very welcoming and homey!
We stayed there twice during our vacation in Bolivia. On top of the clean, comfortable room, we had so much help from the staff, if in booking tours (even to the Salar) or by calling medical assistance. I highly recommend this hotel to whom ever reaches La-Paz

Es un hotel absolutamente fenomenal pero cuidado de tener acceso a una habitacion en la parte trasera del hotel, porque sino el ruido de la avenida es importante

kind and friendly staff. In my checking in, I asked them for buying top up card of a mobile sim. They willingly complied with my request. a fitness center was not too bad. I'd like to add one things their to do, they should prepare slippers for their guest rooms.

Buena experiencia
En general muy buena la experiencia en Casa Grande Suites.Suites muy modernas y comodas con muy buen espacio.Personal amable en todas las dependencias..Agradable desayuno y buen room service.Tienen acceso a vehiculos comodos y nuevos con conductores que prestan servicio de guias para hacer diferentes circuitos turisticos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente en un viaje a La Paz.

La tina del baño estaba tapada. No hay aire acondicionado solo calefacción. No me dieron factura de hospedaje porque la pague a expidia. No tengo comprobante.

Excellent Staff in Clean, Modern Hotel
Staff at Casa Grande Suites was amazing! From always opening the door and getting the elevator, setting up a massage for my wife and I that fit into our schedule, our housekeeper cleaning our room and even folding our clothes to the 2 TV's in our room with a good selection of channels, the wet/dry saunas, hot tub, etc. Breakfast was amazing as well and the hotel was very clean and well taken care of!

Staff at Casa Grande Suites was amazing! From always opening the door and getting the elevator, setting up a massage for my wife and I that fit into our schedule, our housekeeper cleaning our room and even folding our clothes nicely to the 2 TV's in our room with a good selection of channels, the wet/dry sauna, hot tub, etc. Breakfast was amazing as well and the hotel was very clean and well taken care of!
