We are sorry to hear this was your experience. Beaver Village Condos is a multiple building complex clustered in courts with signs directing to building locations. We offer a physical location at the clubhouse where a map is provided with building number and unit. Our guest app provides the address to unit for those that pre-register and wish to go directly to the unit. We offer a range of unit sizes and quality. All units are updated and decorated by the individual homeowner. The 4 bedroom reserved does have a higher rate than other units and there are not many of these available. $400 per night was your total with taxes and fees.

We have a standard check in time of 4pm for all guest regardless of whom they have booked with and offer an earlier check in time based on the unit being cleaned and for an additional fee.
