Had a great stay there. Would definitely go back, location is great, unfortunately beach has washed away, but we explored all the other beaches in the area, staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location, and easy access to public transportation if you are planning to visit places located more than a mile. The restaurant budget should be US$50 each/person but this hotel has rooms with full kitchen where you can buy food at a good price to cook and save money. The city, public restrooms, public beach access, restaurants, etc. are very clean, in addition, is very safe to walk at night. I recommend this country and this hotel.

The hotel was centrally located. The staff were kind, friendly attentive & accommodating. The only drawback is the closest beach is a 10-15 minute walk but the resort provides a shuttle to other beaches almost daily & they are very accommodating with pick up times. I would definitely return.

The website advertised beach access with chairs and umbrellas. There was none..it was a concrete drop off to the ocean. I immediately called to be relocated to another hotel without success from expedia. The rooms were very outdated with dirty foam pads on the mattresses on the beds. We stayed 4 nights and our rooms were NEVER cleaned. It was a horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! I have photos and records of all the communications I had with expedia and directly with the hotel and plan on pursuing this. Please save your money and stay elsewhere that has beach access on 7 mile beach. This is a time share that has not been updated .

Although the name is Seven mile beach and resort, but the property is NOT or even close to beach. There are many properties on beach but prices are higher. U can walk to public beaches.

Called a resort but far from it. It’s more like a motel announced on seven mi beach but has no beach, No restaurant, not even vending machines. It’s in a very isolated area and unless you go across the street to a small grill, no food around. Staff closes the office at 4 so no way to get information after that time. This is not a vacation resort; it is go to work while you’re in GCayman

I was absolutely shocked at the whole experience at seven Mile Beach resort. The size of the units. There is no detail they have forgotten. Felt just like home. Since I have trouble with stairs getting a ground floor room was no problem. Giving us a ride 2 X a week to grocery and liquor store was amazing..And also free shuttle to beach. Our stay was a wonderful exper for sure.

Great bang for your buck!
Great value to stay here with your family! Furniture was a little worn but other than that, would definitely stay here again! Close to everything! Best part is the built in washer and dryer!

Property OK….booking fees not so good!
Disappointed that it no beach access. Roomy but not up to date and it could use a good cleaning of the showers and bathroom. Had to shorten my stay for personal reasons and the hotel was accommodating but Hotels.com intervened and it cost me almost $400.00 from them after they directed me to the Hotel Property to make the change to my reservation.

The AC worked well and they had a fridge with filtered water and ice which felt very much needed during the hot and humid days. The beds are not comfortable. You are close to the beach but it’s not good beach access. You have to walk to different hotels to have access of a nice beach or taxi to one. You are right across the street from two different restaurants so that was nice.

The propery was clean and in a good location. There is not daily housekeeping, but if something was needed, you just contact the office. There is no restaurant.There was a beach access walk, but no beach. You need to walk along a ledge in the beach wall to get to a small beach at a neighboring property, but it was ok. There are no elevators, so if walking up flights of steps is a problem, just make sure you contact the office before booking. Overall, a very nice stay.

Very nice property. Everything is there: beach, pool, tennis court, barbecue grill, games and etc. Apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Property offer a basic supply of toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoos, conditioners, hand soap and garbage bags (unlimited). Highly recommended!!!

I was disappointed I had to go next door to the Hampton to get a taxi for the airport. The office at 7mile resort did not open till 9am. I needed to be at the airport at 8. They said they would arrange that but there was no taxi. I would not stay here again.

Overall it was OK! There was an incident that someone left LOUD music on ALL NIGHT!!! It was finally turned off @ 0600 in the morning. I'm not sure if other complain but they certainly didn't compensate anything for that night for me!! I literally did not and was not able to sleep at all. All they did when I go and compliant they just apologise! The property itself was ok. It's somewhat walkable, there's a couple of pub like nearby but if you need to get groceries it's a pretty far walk. The furniture and other things are kind old. It looks like they maintain the best they can but it was clean.

Great location. We rented a car so not going to the beach right there wasn't a big deal. It was close to a lot of different stores and restaurants. We walked to Canama Bay and beaches along Seven Mile Beach. It was great to have a kitchen and laundry. The pool area was nice.

The property was nice and close to a lot of restaurants/shopping areas/grocery store. Very walkable area. The condo was up to date with nice bedrooms/bathroom. It is close to the water but in order to get to a beach (sand) you had to walk down to a public beach access ~10 min walk, not bad at all. The only complaint I had is with the TVs in the condo. The cable never worked for the 6 nights we stayed here. Netflix is only logged into one of the 3 TVs so you need to have the username/password for your own streaming services for the other 2 (bedroom) TVs. Even then the TV was difficult to watch as the Roku remotes barely connected with the TV. It was very convenient that the condo had a screened in patio as you could easily dry wet swim wear without using the actual in unit drier. I also LOVED that there were no keys/key cards to gain entry to the condo. The door is locked/unlocked via a deadbolt code. You kever have to forget a key or lose a key on your daily excursions. If I were to vacation in the Caymans again I would absolutely stay here again!
